I have been using Medvi now for 2 months. I had a small hiccup. I reached out to customer service for resolution.
I was given a bit of contradictory information from the nurses. However, my concerns where heard and my issue resolved.
During the time that I have been using compounds from Medvi, I have had no other issues. So far the communication has been really good.

Great experience
Elizabeth got in touch with me about a problem with my prescription being filled. She answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently and took care of everything. I had a new prescription ordered 10 minutes.

Best Mental Health Doc for me!
Dr. Bradford has basically put me back on the right path. He has hung in there with me even when I didn’t even know what to say or do he did not give up on me or highly medicate me like everybody else he listens he’s genuine and he’s easy on the eyes! Thats a plus! I highly recommend Dr. Bradford to anyone struggling with major depression, anxiety, ADHD or any other mental health issue. He will not judge he will sit there and he listens he cares not many doctors do so I give Dr. Bradford 10 stars if I could, but I can only give them five so, thank you, Dr. Bradford for hanging in there with me! Thank you Diana st Medvivi for being so great! Very helpful and kind, as well!

Excellent online experience! Highly recommended!
I had multiple online sessions with Dr. Volha Haliantava and I couldn't be more impressed. From the start, she was incredibly attentive and truly took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to provide the best possible care.
I also want to give a shout-out to the administrative staff and to Diana Watson, I encountered a minor payment issue, but she handled it professionally and resolved it almost instantly. It is rare to find a practice where both the medical care and the office management are this high-caliber. Highly recommend!

Not returning my medical records
Requested my medical records in December 2025. Completed and returned their HIPAA release form and paid the fee on Dec 12, 2025, and followed up multiple times (Dec 17, Dec 23, and Jan 2026). I still have not received my records or a clear delivery date.

I scheduled a same day appointment for…
I scheduled a same day appointment for an Adhd assessment. I requested one time. They changed the time. I arrived a few minutes late provider had rescheduled. They want a 100 fee to reschedule. That would result in 300 dollars in one day and I still dont have the service I requested. Im pretty sure this company is a scam. It asked me to add a pharmacy. Nothing showed within 300 miles of me even though I typed address. I was called and then told ohh they can't due Cvs, Walmart or some other companies bc they dont accept their prescriptions. Im concerned they make money via over charging people and not providing services. It says the provider may be late due to an appointment running over but not the client. Unfortunately if i didnt work I couldn't pay for services and my meeting ran over. Speaks volumes and I dont trust them now to utilize the company moving forward. I called customer services and ws told I would have someone follow up within an hour....no such luck. After several hours and no email correspondence to reflect my concerns.

Helping to live and cope with life
I was very happy with how soon the got me in. I tried a different company that cancelled my appointment twice. I have been suffering for years thinking it was MDD/Anxiety and later at the age of 45 it's ADHD. Iet with Dr. Very nice. Listened to me. Answered my questions and gave me his recommendation which was actually the same I thought. Sent my script over. Pharmacy can't fill until tomorrow but I'm relieved and ready to try something the helps me live life. Thank you MEDvidi I appreciate your service, staff and Drs. 10 stars if I could.

Horrible Customer Service
I wanted the pills, but they sent the injectables. I spoke with their customer service, but they indicated I could not get this corrected even though the injectables have not yet been delivered. Basically, I'm out my money with no recourse. What a huge disappointment!
