They're always fantastic at handling any issue I have had. Very promt replies & adaptable when pharmacy needs switched. My doctor is super receptive to my needs & suggestions. Fiya with customer care is very nice & helpful. Couldn't be more satisfied!

I’d have left ZERO for their processes.
Multiple duplicates needed to order/reorder. I spoke with a Dr only once but they needed so many forms filling in it was beyond ridiculous. Then worst of all was the automatic withdrawal of funds each month despite wanting to take a break on two occasions and having communicated that with several people over the phone and in emails. Then being on hold to speak to some poor person who explains that despite the customer having expressly requested NO MORE meds or charges, they can’t refund you today- it’ll take as long as it takes and they take no responsibility over it. Not fun when you’re counting your Pennies and $400 gets wiped out of your account against your wishes on three occasions. I have left MEDVi and will never return. The customer service is dreadful and poorly managed. Go elsewhere!

Diana Watson went above and beyond for me yesterday. My doctor was amazing too. but usually when I have issues with the doctor and I try and call the office it’s very hard to get in touch with someone but not only did Diana make sure I was comfortable. She called back to update me every step of the way. There’s even one point where someone else answered and I was a little confused by what they said so Diana made sure to call me herself. I work in the medical field as well and I know it takes a special person to work in this field and I believe Diana is one of them. Thank you so much Diana for your help yesterday and anyone who has the pleasure of getting to work with you is so lucky and I hope your team knows how valuable you are.

The lady that took care of me getting my super bill to build my own insurance was very professional. Very polite and made sure that I got my bill. I got it as soon as I hung up with her and then she even called me back to make sure that I received it. She did a wonderful job. Good employee, she's a keeper

For the full 30 minutes, the practitioner projected unfounded assumptions onto me, framing my concerns as mere "drug-seeking" behavior rather than a valid request for medical evaluation. Despite my clean record and absence of any substance abuse history, she constructed a fabricated narrative of my life—one entirely disconnected from the facts I presented—effectively gaslighting me into questioning my own reality.
I was shut down repeatedly when attempting to clarify my symptoms and history, with no meaningful listening or engagement. This approach felt like a sales pitch for denial rather than a clinical assessment, culminating in a refusal of any prescription or further support. The $300 investment was utterly wasted, leaving me more frustrated and unsupported than before.
MedVidi's model prioritizes skepticism over empathy, potentially deterring those in real need. I urge potential patients to explore alternatives—services like Circle Medical or ADHD Online may offer the respectful, evidence-based care this lacked. One star: Proceed with caution.
