I worked with Samantha, she is the best person I’ve ever worked with at MEDvidi. I’ve been using MEDvidi for a few years and when I’ve had issues in the past, no one was as professional, nice, and knowledgeable as her thank you Samantha you’re the best!

What went wrong besides trying to steal my money? Everything! If you use this service, be prepared to go thru the hassle of trying to get your money back.
This company is a fraud. They claim to connect you with a doctor who will prescribe certain medications, when in fact they won't. I was concerned from the beginning because these days there is a war on certain medications, and the DEA will try to arrest and prosecute with their own fake expert witnesses any physician who prescribes those FDA approved medications, regardless of whether or not the physician properly prescribed them, and did so in good faith. So finding them no longer possible to obtain thru regular medical channels, I was skeptical when I saw one of theese medications advertised on Medvidi's website. Nevertheless, I gave it a try.
What I found did not disappoint:
1) Their online scheduling software was difficult to use and did not work correctly. I had to call in and get customer service to remove one of two appointments for which I ended up being scheduled.
2) Their software for completing and uploading the patient's medical history flat out did not work to upload. Again, I called customer service. They advised me to use their alternate process for completing a form. I tried, but that process did not work, either, so I called customer service, again. This time the agent just went ahead and confirmed my appointment, anyway.
3) When the appointment time came, the video worked but there was no audio. After some effort, we got the audio to work, but it was very, very difficult to understand. We proceded, anyway, but after I told the doctor which medication I needed and began to tell him my medical history, HE CUT ME OFF. He had NO interest in my medical history, and instead immediately offered to prescribe either an SSRI or a very old medication that does not work, both of which can be obtained thru any doctor. Still the audio was terrible, so we finally just switched to phone. Now, you would think that with normal phones the audio would work properly, right? Not this doctor's phone! The doctor's voice was practically unintelligible, but regardless, it soon became clear that he was not there to listen to the patient, but to offer a quick prescription for an easy to obtain medication. We ended the call after I informed him I knew the whole thing was a giant scam, and he was the chief scammer, probably Nigerian (I wasn't 100% certain of his origin).
In the end, I disputed the charge, and won. However, Medvidi attempted to dispute the dispute by saying they are just a service that connects the patient with the doctor, so under the agreement terms I still had to pay. BS!
Medvidi tries to distance itself in appearance, only, in order to deny liability. Medvidi is more than a service that connects the patient with a doctor. The patient never pays a cent to the doctor - all payments go thru Medvide. Medvidi is intimately connected with the doctor and advertises which medications the doctor will prescribe. Medvidi's medical history intake process did not work, and the doctor took no medical history. No doctor is allowed to prescribe a medication without taking a medical history, especially a controlled substance that the DEA is watching. There was never any intention by the doctor to prescribe what Medvidi advertises, and Medvidi could not deny responsibility.
I keep a phone log for important calls, so everything was documented in writing - times, dates, who I spoke with, conversation details. This was furnished to the card company along with my written arguement as to why this was nothing more than a giant fraud - and I got my $200 returned to my account. Although it can help, you don't have to submit a phone log to dispute a charge and get your stolen money returned. On the other hand, if possible, it's just best not to get tangled up with fraudsters like Medvidi in the first place.

I am writing this review to document an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with Medvidi.
I am paying out of pocket simply for a medication refill, in addition to the cost of the medication itself. Despite that, the level of care, urgency, and communication I received has been severely lacking.
A prescription was initially sent to my pharmacy, but the pharmacy was out of stock. I followed Medvidi’s protocol exactly and located a replacement pharmacy on my own. I provided the updated pharmacy information promptly, as instructed. The prescription was not sent in a timely manner, and because of that delay, the second pharmacy ran out of stock as well. I then had to repeat the process again, finding yet another pharmacy on my own. This is now the third pharmacy I have had to provide solely because Medvidi failed to act with urgency.
Medvidi is fully aware that I am completely out of my medication and that this medication is currently in shortage. Despite this, there has been no urgency in ensuring the prescription is signed and sent. I have now been waiting two full days for the provider to sign my prescription, after already going nearly two weeks without my medication due to earlier delays.
Every time I asked for an update or a clear timeframe, I was either ignored or given vague responses such as “awaiting the provider’s signature,” with no escalation, no accountability, and no resolution. This lack of urgency is the direct reason I have been unable to get my medication filled. Each delay has resulted in pharmacies losing availability, forcing me to start the process over again.
I scheduled my follow-up appointment in advance specifically to avoid any interruption in treatment. I followed all instructions, provided all requested information promptly, and did everything expected of me as a patient. Despite that, I have been left without medication, without answers, and without support.
What makes this situation even more unacceptable is that no refund or credit has been offered. My money is gone while Medvidi continues to delay, communicate poorly, and provide substandard patient care.
Patients should not be responsible for coordinating pharmacy logistics, chasing prescriptions, repeatedly following up, or dealing with misleading support options when they are paying out of pocket for care. This experience reflects a serious breakdown in communication, urgency, and accountability.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Medvidi to anyone who needs reliable, timely medication management, especially for controlled medications that are in shortage.

I have experienced ongoing issues with MedVidi’s appointment process, communication, and continuity of care. Doctors are frequently late or do not join scheduled video appointments on time, resulting in waits of 30 minutes or more. In many cases, I am forced to reschedule, only to encounter the same issue again.
Additionally, there is a lack of consistency in treatment. My prescriptions often change depending on which provider conducts the appointment, which is concerning and disruptive to my care. Some providers spend appointment time discussing medication shortages or lecturing about addiction rather than focusing on my specific mental health needs.
I have raised these concerns with the care team on multiple occasions; however, the issues brought to their attention have not been resolved. The lack of follow-through and accountability further undermines my confidence in the quality of care being provided.
I am seeking professional, reliable mental health care—not explanations regarding pharmaceutical supply issues or generalized commentary. At a cost of $159 per month, I expect timely appointments, consistent treatment, and responsive, patient-centered care.
If MedVidi is unable to provide respectful, professional, and accurate medical care in a timely manner, I will discontinue participation in this program.

I paid MEDvidi on November 14 for two telehealth medical sessions, with the clear understanding that medication would be prescribed and provided as part of the service. Despite full payment, I have never received the medication, nor have I received a meaningful follow-up call from a qualified provider or supervisor.
Since my payment on 11/14, I have made numerous phone calls and sent multiple emails attempting to resolve this issue. I was repeatedly told that a supervisor or manager would contact me, but no such call ever occurred. On several occasions, I answered incoming calls from MEDvidi only to experience silence on the line or abrupt disconnection.
The customer service representatives I reached were unable to provide clear or qualified answers regarding my medication, my case status, or a refund. There appears to be a significant communication barrier, and the phone system itself is deficient and unreliable.
Despite MEDvidi’s failure to provide the medication or complete the services promised, the company has refused to refund my money. As of today, well over two months after payment, I have neither received the prescribed medication nor a proper resolution.
I believe MEDvidi engaged in deceptive and unfair business practices by accepting payment for medical services that were not fulfilled and by maintaining a customer service process that prevents consumers from obtaining accountability or refunds.

Doctor McCall listened to my issue and asked questions for clarity. He was easy to talk to and took care of my medical needs. The pharmacy needed to confirm my prescription and Samantha did so promptly. There were no delays in getting the medication I needed.

This company is very suspect. After receiving my first vial which did not in any way shape fashion or form match what I had been taking with another provided and having read other reviews stating this was a scam, I was reluctant to take any of their medication after having paid for it. I reached out to them and I made them state to me that I was not on any auto renewal or anything like that that would result in any automatic payments and their reply was that I would have to complete a form and make a request for a refill; yet today, I was charged for a refill I did not request and sent an email stating I needed to complete the form as my medication was already paid for.
