Used to be a better service
This service provider does not react to complaints.
Some already ordered items were suddenly out of stock (after successfully being ordered).
For weeks the items were unavailable at Medpets then.
When I then canceled the order, I found the same item on Amazon right away. And even for a cheaper price.

Highly recommended for your pets needs!
Medpets had what we needed, when we needed it and at a good price. We needed some hypoallergenic dog food our veterinarian had recommended and Medpets had it in stock and available for next day delivery. Everything was smooth and easy. Would buy from them again.

The product I bought is double the…
The product I bought is double the price than in other online pet stores, but had a fast delivery policy.
The delivery got 2 days delayed so I might as well have ordered from the cheaper shops and get the product at the same time. Additionally the delivery service took the package directly to the central without ringing my bell, and the central os quite far from where I live.
Will not use the service again.
