My agent with TMZ Insurance for Mutual of Omaha was outstanding! She informed me every step of the way to select and apply for my Medicare Supplement plan. She needed to attach a photo of a letter I had received. I had never taken a photo and sent it by text. She looked up my cellphone plan and successfully instructed me how to do it. She explained everything thoroughly, so I understand what going to happen next. I couldn't be more pleased with this whole experience!

Leah Araujo made my experience great. She was courteous, professional, knew her stuff and -- most of all -- was honest in every way. She took the time to explain things and in a way that made sense to an old fart like me. It's rare to encounter someone as ethical and helpful as Leah. She deserves a pat on the back and a raise.

I prefer to deal with an actual person, and that's what I got. The agent was personable, friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. He seemed like he actually enjoyed working and helping people make the right decision. The conversation was not rushed and was very informative. I didn't have to spend an hour on hold waiting for an agent to help me.

The highlight of this experience was George Connor. He is so knowledgeable and patient, he listened to and answered my questions until I fully understood everything. I am happy to be affiliated with Aflac as you are “ top shelf”! With my coverage being virtually the same as i have had, i am just pleased and thankful for the amazing savings!

Steve John was awesome to deal with regarding explaining the plan options and converting me from Plan G to Plan N. Great customer service.
