Prompt delivery very efficient but downside no telephone contact

Recently received my order from Meatsupermarlet.com and the food is absolutely delicious. The BBQ spare ribs melted in the mouth. The Butty bacon was like what you get in a top cafe, thick and juicy. So looking forward to eating the rest of the purchase and to order more from them.

Well packed arrived when said and the products well tasty will be ordering again .very happy customer

Nice steak nice price

Firstly I ordered ribeye steak joint but what I received certainly wasn't ribeye. I'm not sure exactly what it was, maybe some kinda rump. I did contact customer services and initially they responded quite quickly. They requested photos and said they would investigate however I then heard nothing more. I waited all day and no further contact was received.

Eventually I decided to open the package to try to find out exactly what type of meat they had sent me. When I did the smell that hit me was terrible. The meat has obviously gone bad and was completely inedible,

I had ordered previously from this company and there were no issues but on this occasion i am disgusted. The wrong meat was sent, the meat was bad and the customer service was awful. Avoid this company!

Ordered Brazilian goucho ribeye turned up looks like rump if that with massive silver skin band no fatty eye in it appalling waste of money no happy one bit going to cut up and use at diced beef only thing it would be good for hopefully get a refund they can have it back

Everything is as described, quality excellent well packed and delivered on time.

Steak and ribs really nice and good value one pack of lamb chops cut into nice size chops 6 in total the other pack the chops were really thick and only got 3

I had a problem with my delivery and sent a email to you with pictures and no one bothered to reply to me I brought 6kg of bacon 5kg of chicken the box arrived smashed up and the chicken had burst open and had to get chuck it out what a waste of money 💰

Overall received good quality meat, delivery was great plenty communication. I was a bit disappointed with the pork chops had they got a photo with rind on but received with no fat or rind which was the reason I ordered them other than a supermarket

I've heard of meat supermarket,but never ordered before.I saw many good offers with my first order.I don't eat much meat,but most of it is for my little dog,he loves it very much.The meat is fresh and excellent quality.The delivery is very quick and very well packed and kept cool.well done meat supermarket.

Following my last review, I gave this another go hoping for a better experience, but it wasn't. The chicken had a yellowish hue, and 3 of the 4 breasts I've cooked so far were so tough I couldn't even cut through them with a knife, and when I did manage to bite into them the texture was crunchy, which was horrible. To make things worse, the 5kg bag arrived open once again, spilling across the box and the rest of my order, and it didn't smell great. I won't be ordering again unfortunately :(

Ordered both Brazilian rib eye and British ribeyes. Both are good with 11 steaks from each cut of meat and price was very good will be ordering again
Down side dpd were late by over 24 hours on delivery but this is out of the suppliers hands

I still have not had a call back from online Manager Kevlin They use The butchers shop phone number the Manager there is called Steve says nothing todo with him he gets all the phone call about the state of what the meat is like completely defrosted he say should not be refrozen at all the online people say it can they dont care Steve said he had 10 other customers that day call about there other and they want refund as completely defrosted and smelt off food standard are being called to report them stay wall clear there customers services are poor they get a very understanding Manager called Steve to take all the call to his shop when its nothing todo with him
