MEADOW CONSULTANTS LIMITED Reviews

We found Meadow Consultants through the RICS register, and selected them mainly due to their positive reviews and availability. I am a Chartered Civil Engineer, and can attest that David and his team were true professionals. He was able to undertake the RICS Level 3 survey on an Edwardian 100yrs old house priced at approx. GBP1million within a week of me contacting him. David spent time listening to my concerns before the survey, and then undertook a very detailed survey which identified a range of additional issues. He gave me a detailed verbal summary of all of these issues, was very flexible and even offered to discount the cost of the report if I decided not to go through with the sale, which I didn't. I would definitely use Meadow Consultants again due to all of the above reasons.

Staff at office really helpful and offered good advice regarding level of survey.
Survey was thorough and offered advice for next steps.
Received in good time.
No issues with this company, would recommend!

Professional, quick and straightforward, from the initial enquiry through to receipt of the Level 3 RICS survey report. Incredible attention to detail, with thorough descriptions, detailed measurements and high-resolution photographs. Report was exemplary in clarity and depth, with each section meticulously structured and easy to read. Impressive level of diligence, insight and customer care. Outstanding value for money. Wholeheartedly recommended to anyone looking for a top-tier survey. The whole team work together to provide expertise, integrity, trust and a genuine commitment to excellence.

Very thorough, high quality report. Good experience with the company, excellent communication, I recommend!

Did exactly as stated. Booked in for the end of that very week, report arrived within the time frame. Very helpful service, answer to all queries I had noted when I viewed the property with their professional knowledge.

From the first email I sent about enquiring i felt like I was in safe hands!
Brilliant service, kept in the loop at all times and level 3 survey was easy to read.
Thank you so much guys! - Jade

Very much rate Meadows after our positive experience with them. They were quick to respond to queries and managed to book in a survey the following week, despite other surveyors having a 2 to 3 week lead in time. They kept us in the loop the whole time and produced a thorough survey. They were slightly later than expected with the report but apologised and worked the morning of a bank holiday to get it to us in good time. Would definitely use Meadows again.

David and the team have provided a top class experience for me and my family in providing us an easily digestible yet comprehensive report for court home buyers level 2 survey. The detail and care put in to the report is like no other we have ever seen. if you are buying a home and want it checked out I would highly recommend Meadow Consultants.

Extremely pleased with the service we received from Meadow Consultants! Lucy who we spoke to via email was always extremely helpful and prompt with her replies. Communication was great, everything went as expected, and the report we received was very well done. Thanks so much and would recommend

An extremely professional company with excellent customer services. I was able to arrange a Homebuyers survey and receive a comprehensive 70 page report including 60 photographs within a very short period of time.
I received a very fast response to a few matters that I subsequently queried with David. worth every penny of their fee.

Professional and helpful from the first contact to the final report. Communication and updates were excellent.
Nicely presented and detailed survey.
Afterwards, I called David asking for some explanations and advice. He was happy to spend the time to answer my questions and suggest options going forward.

Staff really helpful, and quick to respond. Survey report comprehensive, clear and well presented.

Excellent survey, very detailed and easy to read. The team are so friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I had any questions, they got back to me straight away. Would 100% recommend this company and their home buyer survey if you’re looking to buy a home

I have used Meadows Consultant for surveying a house I was looking to buy. David from Meadows Consultant did a fantastic job and his work has now put me in a better position to make a decision. He understood our need and urgency and acted accordingly. The service procured by me was assessment of specific building defect.

From start to finish they where professional and did the job with no hassle. The level 2 report I had was exceptional, was clear and had provided images where statements where made. By far the best document I've had when buying a house. Further to this, the addition of a desktop report was also extremely helpful. Hats off to all at the office ! Highly recommend, brilliant at what they do!
