Good thorough report - no problem booking or sorting

The process from start to finish was very smooth and despite the report taking 7 days after attendance (as they said it could)… it was worth the wait as the quality of output was outstanding. As first time buyers, we did not know what to expect regarding the extent of the report, but we were blown away by the level of detail especially as it was Level 2. Very thorough. Would recommend Meadow Consultants to anyone.

I asked Meadow Consultants to inspect some cracks in the exterior brick wall of a house. An appointment was made for a couple of weeks later and David the surveyor arrived promptly at the arranged time. He clearly explained what the assessment would involve and was happy to answer questions afterwards. The written report that I received was very thorough and advised what to do next. I have been highly impressed with the service provided by Meadow Consultants and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Quick responses to emails. Well priced for a Level 2 survey. Lots of information given prior to choosing the survey. Appreciated that only a small fee would be due if cancelled far enough in advance to the survey rather than the full survey fee.

Meadow provided excellent communication regarding finances before the survey. Kayleigh completed the survey on the agreed upon date. She emailed over an extremely thorough report within the expected time frame and my husband and I were very impressed on the details she managed to capture in the survey. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Meadow or Kayleigh again!

Our home had subsidence and Meadow was appointed as consultants to oversee checking of cracks over time, compiling a works schedule, liaising with the insurance company's loss adjustor and appointing a building company.

I was very impressed with the clear and thorough Level 3 survey report I received from Meadow Consultants. The report highlighted several issues to me, which helped me to make a decision about whether to proceed a house purchase. David also was really helpful in talking me through the report after I'd received it and answering my questions.

Did a level 3 survey with meadows Consultants, unlike other surveyors, they provided good detail and good opinions on the state of the property. Some surveyors are extremely vague and hesitant to give any conclusions.

They were so organised. They were the only company we enquired with that went the extra mile and looked up the listing and sent us a whole PDF document with a full breakdown. They've been a delight to deal with and if we ever move again we'll be going with them once more!

Kayleigh recently undertook our level 2 homebuyers survey which has been super helpful, would use again.
