After buying a ‘economic’ day bed from a household home store brand, which turned out to be complete waste of money. I decided to splurge on this outdoor fabric daybed, which was on offer and an extra reduction for July was applied at checkout. It was dispatched and delivered within 3 working days. And frequent updates on delivery provided.
The daybed is gorgeous and worth every penny. Only the legs needed assembly and were easy to fix.
I decided to pay for two person delivery with removal of packaging which was also a really good decision as the box was huge and really sturdy so disposable would have been a bit tricky.
The packet containing the screws and washers had split open and the drivers had spotted this and made sure we found all of them before leaving. They even gave me 2 extra screws out of their spares.
The cover that came with it looks really sturdy and fits perfectly unlike generic covers.
So to use a well known phrase ‘you get what you pay for’.
Great customer service and a fabulous piece of furniture that looks like it will last. Can’t praise MazeLiving enough.

I ordered on Monday and the garden furniture arrived on Wednesday! It’s really lovely, I have had Maze garden furniture before and was confident it would be quality and last forever!! I am not disappointed. Thank you

We have bought all our garden furniture from Maze. I appreciate the market is flooded with garden furniture which looks the part and is much cheaper. We have fallen foul of that.

Maze furniture is always great quality and their customer service team are always polite, friendly and efficient.

Delivery was super quick on last purchase (paid for on Sunday and arrived on Wednesday). Delivery drivers were also very professional and efficient.

Paid £99 to have the furniture assembled. It’s just been abandoned. Absolutely furious.

Great product and good service but the delivery driver was the best! Happy helpful and kind. It would of been nice to have had the box already built as the instructions were rather confusing and not as helpful as I would’ve wished for.

This is the second order from Maze, always super quick delivery, friendly delivery guys and the the cushion storage box is such good quality.

Excellent service from the moment I ordered online to the actual delivery. Only took 5 days and the 2 delivery guys were very pleasant, helpful and did a good job. Really pleased with our purchase and would recommend this company.

Fantastic Service, communication was clear , items delivered as promised

Garden furniture was delivered promptly within a week of ordering. Assembly was good and the boxes cleared away as promised. Word to the wise - you need to have sand for the base and if you don’t then you have to assemble the parasol yourself. Definitely a two person job!

Purchased a Maze flatweave rattan sofa set in 2017. After 3 years i noticed some splits, but thought nothing of it. Since then the rattan on the arms has literally broken into pieces. It is just brittle and falls apart. The whole set has always been covered during the winter, and in all honesty, hardly been used. I can only put it down to poor quality flat weave rattan (in my opinion not for for purpose). I understand the Maze warranty on the rattan is only 12 months, so no point going back to the retailer regarding this issue, however, I thought this issue should be brought to the attention of future purchasers of Maze products.

I have also posted this review against another company called Maze Rattan as they link to the same website. The reviews on that company are similar to mine with lots of people having issues with faulty rattan.

Very professional from start to finish. Delivered nicely and although it took a little time to put together, it wasn’t difficult and the furniture was very well wrapped and everything went beautifully. Now waiting for our next delivery of our sofas. Would order from Maze again. Thank you.

Very disappointed. Having paid £4000 for a pergola only to have the LED lights fail after 6months. No offer for replacement parts or support from the manufacturer after speaking to them for over 2 months via the retailer Matressman. Will not purchase from this manufacturer again.
