Excellent service from start to finish

Very good service, the engineer provided a very clear explanation of the problem and made recommendations for us. The company on the whole have been very helpful

Mayfair Plumbers were fantastic. We received an extremely quick initial reply from the company in response to our query. Susan was very helpful and communicative throughout, and Lee was friendly and knowledgeable during the visit. He resolved our drainage issue and also discussed potential preventative actions.
After another company let us down the day before, this service was exactly what we needed. Thank you again for the prompt resolution.

A shower cartridge needed changing. I had the part and Charlie attended and made the change quickly and without fuss. A first class service

Never used company before. I had noise coming from my water pipes early hours in the morning and thought my water heater was going to explode or something. Turned water off, found this registered company online and got through to customer service straight away and expressed my concerns and worries. The lady was lovely and was able to send a heating engineer that day! He was very polite rang me to tell me time of arrival, smartly dressed in uniform and he spotted the problem immediately with my useless description of the noise 😄 My water heater was years old more cost effective to replace than several parts needed. My own choice i was not forced as had issues with it before. The engineer confirmed he could get everything and come back the next day to replace old with new. Unfortunately my lift was broken so he had to carry all heavy equipment up and down 6 flights of stairs which he done several times in the day always being very professional and polite. I felt so sorry for him! Very tidy worker, patient, knowledgeable and totally put my mind at rest with concerns or worries i had. Definitely use this company again if all employees are like that! 👍

We had a very ancient central heating system that had started leaking water. Mayfair were able to send someone out to us at our earliest available time and he very quickly solved the problem and guided us through how to get it resolved. Essentially we needed a whole new system. Huge thanks to James Purser, and the other James who's surname I didnt catch. They managed to get a huge amount of work done with minimal disruption and in a good timescale. They were great despite our noisy dog and our ever questioning five year old! Left the place tidy and explained everything through with us. Highly recommended and will definitely go back if we need anything further doing.

Polite and helpful. The company were very adaptable in arranging an appointment that worked for me. I was kept informed about arrival time The safety certificate arrived promptly, almost before the plumber left.

George the boiler man is great. Recently had a boiler service and thank god I did as he found my boiler was dangerous. Condemned it and fitted a Brand new boiler the following day. I am absolutely thrilled with george and Mayfair plumbers . Thanks again

Super Kevin completed the job effectively & efficiently. Went above & beyond expectations was given great advice on my newly fitted boiler & radiators which was poorly fitted by British Gas . I would highly recommend this company for a competent service. Can’t thank them enough 5*

I received a call back almost instantly after my enquiry. The service was very good and Ricki our plumber attended the same day. We felt like we were in great hands throughout and would definitely use again.

Please be very careful using this company I arranged for one of their engineers who was actually a sub contractor they use named Kevin from another plumbing company I won't name, my tenants called saying there was a leak from the boiler and Kevin went to diagnose the issue, said I needed a new boiler and boiler controls it was far too dangerous to leave it on so isolated the boiler and left my tenants without heating, note this was last month when very cold. He then explained to me how dangerous it was and said flow and return was reversed and ready to explode putting the fear in me even though December passed gas safety tests without any issues. Kevins recommendation was to replace the boiler and controls at a cost shy under £5,000!!

I contacted gas safe and they inspected it and they said it was safe and needed spare parts as a repair was needed.

I arranged for a second engineer to attend and he ordered a manifold spares and fitted it in an hour and tested everything and PERFECT..

I will now be contacting Gas Safe regulator about this company and engineer in question as I strongly feel they are taking advantage of the vulnerability of people of their hard earned money during colder months.
This is all without correct investigation.

I will be contacting trading standards (I have already drafted a letter not sent yet) and I will not rest until I can probably save someone else from this financial loss

Called mayfair plumbers, Had water coming through the ceiling of my air bnb late at night. They were out with in an hour and had it fix. Thank you again to George.

Arrived nice and early on the day arranged. Told my drippping tap was just air and nothing they could fix when he realised hard to get to behind sink. Tried to charge me £400 for labour for another issue i had with broken sink drain and a part that cost £20. Ive since paid £120 inclusive of labour and the part and had it fixed elsewhere. Had to pay one hours labour in advance so lost 100 odd quid for being told and quoted that. Not good company i would avoid in future.
