Very professional and helpful as I needed to re-book and no issues encountered.

After a poor first call out Mayfair plumbers resolved the situation brilliantly. Can’t remember the engineers name but came and did a proper annual service on my boiler. So thank you for good customer service in the end.

Good enough service and work but very very expensive. You will probably end up paying double what other people charge. Ended up paying about £350 an hour so definitely shop around. I would definitely avoid them if you can.

Paid for an emergency call out for the tech to slap a sticker on it and give us an overpriced quote. Other competitors are quoting thousands less for similar work - even a renowned large company who is known for overpriced quotes is coming out less.

Their quote is also not fixed, so can easily blow out of proportion.

I can’t comment on the work they actually do because they didn’t do anything. However the work they do, you pay a pretty penny for it.

Following our interaction we cannot help but feel ripped off.

Today my water leak problem was located in the flat above me by the Mayfair plumbers leak detection person. He was very considerate, professional and good at his job. Thank you Charlie.

My boiler had several issues and ultimately needed replacing (and replacing a few other parts). They were very professional, with prompt communication. They gave me a detailed explanation of the issues, provided several options and kept me up to date on the entire process. Once the work was completed, there was a minor issue that surfaced after they were gone, but they came back and addressed it in a timely fashion. Would definitely consider them again, especially for larger work.

Incredibly impressed with the service! A friendly engineer attended within a few hours of my call, identified the issue and returned with the required parts the same day, can’t recommend enough!

Very concerning experience with engineer James Purser.

Called out for an F.22 boiler error, he claimed the boiler needed £3,000 of major works and pushed for an immediate decision, warning of flooding and giving me no real alternative.

I got second opinions – the issue was simply low pressure, fixed in under 20 minutes for £227. Boiler now works perfectly.

This particular engineer is to be avoided at all costs!! He provided a misleading diagnosis, combined with pressure tactics to push unnecessary work. Stay clear!

Will was extremely helpful and keen to find the problem with the slow drainage of my sink.

What had been expected to be a routine service identified a serious safety issue. A new boiler was installed up and running by the end following day. Operatives worked till late in the evening to complete the job and cleared up very well too

Punctual, friendly, great communication, delivered agreed outcomes on time. Would recommend James.

Darren was excellent from start to finish. From the service visit to the following visit to install a new boiler. He arrived early and worked very late and with minimal fuss to make sure all the work was completed and all rubbish cleared also. Very satisfied.

Engineer was very professional and quick. Gave advice on how to avoid problems in the future and was very polite.

Had to replace an expansion vessel in our Boiler. Mayfair Plumbers came on time and fitted the supplied expansion vessel within 20 min but informed us that a pressure reducing valve was required. They quickly went out and got one and fitted it. Boiler working fine and would recommend Mayfair Plumbers again
