The game was very easy to download with all the materials available as pdf, video and printable docs. It was straightforward to follow the instructions and a fun way to spend boxing day afternoon with the family.

Had a blast going over the mysteries with my partner.

First, Masters of Mystery responded immediately and I received the digital game right away. Secondly, once you download and save the files, you can easily customize the invitations, character profiles, and introductions.
Third, the audio introductions per round are excellent. However, as a suggestion to consider, you might want to have your group view an actual Bridgerton episode, so they really get the hang of what they are dealing with and it would greatly help the uninformed

We recently had our third party with the Masters of Mystery boxes. It was our trip to the 1980s and was such a great night. It brings all ages together and people talk about it for months beforehand. We would all highly recommend Masters of Mystery - we have been to the 1920s, the Wild West and now the 1980s - some of us had been there before! We're heading to the 1940s next in October - none of us have been there before!

The game itself has no mystery to solve nor any clues that would lead to a solution. It consists solely of badly written sentences to read out that have no bearing on the outcome of the game. Similarly the two 'clues' have nothing to do with who committed the crime.

Possibly my worsst online purchase ever.

Initial issue with delivery but the Maseters of Mystery were extremely helpful and quickly resolve the issue meaning the delivery of the murder mystery was received in time for Christmas.
The murder mystery itself is extremely well presented, looking like a police cold case file and contains realistic looking reports, statements etc to introduce you into the case.
The link to the internet content to provide you with additional information and guide you through the envelopes as you progress through the case was extremely easy to use, even for those who are not the most confident online.
All in all it was a great experience and I look forward to attempting to solve further cases in the future.

I love hosting murder mystery dinners. What's great about Masters of Mystery is their game-expandability for up to 20 players. Many competitor's games are scripted for only 8 players. Most recently I hosted the Medieval-themed game. I loved the storyline and we had fun bringing the characters to life, complete with costuming. My only complaint was that the character interrogation questions became redundant, and a little further script development there will improve the game to 5 Stars. Plan ahead because there is a lot of downloading and printing to do before game night.

It was fun and I like the concept of playing it again. On the other hand this is the problem to solve the riddle and catch the thief, it could be just anyone so you just have to guess.

Ordering process was easy, everything sent to me as soon as payment was received.
Easy instructions and we had a wonderful night playing this.

The game developers work really hard to create a diverse range of games. I have played 2 of their murder mystery games and enjoyed it. The scripts are easy to follow. The games also add ideas for music, menus, costumes etc. I have also played their cold cases, and they were enjoyable as well. I recommend this company.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well all of the experiences fit together. It was a little difficult to get started and know what we were supposed to do (which is maybe the point?), but once we got going it was fun! There was some integration with an app on our phone which was also more seamless than expected (I've done other games that rely on external sites like wikipedia and it often doesn't work). We played with 5 people, though I would say the ideal number is 3. Definitely helpful to have a big table to lay everything out. I thought good value for the price.

I bought the Vampire Ball Murder Mystery Kit for my daughter's 18th birthday party. I hosted the game for her and her 7 guests. Everyone was invited to a D&D party and has to come in character, so when the murder was announced it was a surprise for everyone. It was so easy to follow, and everyone had a fabulous time. The characters were a lot of fun. I was particularly impressed that the game is designed with a number allocation for the murderer, and it can be any character, which means we can use it again and again, even with the same players. I haven't yet, but I am looking forward to having a party with my age group. I absolutely recommend Masters of Mystery, they have really put the thought in to make sure your night is fabulous! I've recommended them to many, and a recent peek at their site shows they've added more games & I have my eye on a couple.

With teenager granddaughters and their parents coming for Christmas we wanted something for the family to enjoy. We have had Downton Abbey evenings before with all the fun of op shop dress ups and play acting. The James Bond Murder Mystery seemed ideal. We were impressed with the depth of detail and aids to make it a great event. Lots of lead up planning and fun allocating characters and learning our lines. Although we ran out of time to enact the actual murder we,d had days of fun in the planning. Highly recommended as an intergenerational fun family shared experience.

Each of the characters had a completely different story which was super fun! I had to email the company for a PDF that wasn't included by accident and they got back to me with the PDF in 45 minutes!

Our family and friend group had so much fun playing the Masquerade mystery game to celebrate a birthday. All 8 of us really got into our characters and defended ourselves against false accusations. It’s appropriate for a wide age range; we had more than 30 years between the generations. I particularly liked that we could customize the game to suit the number of players, and assign characters according to each player’s personality. We played in person around the dinner table with a menu to suit the setting. There was riotous laughter and not-so-authentic accents. We look forward to doing it again!

Easy website to navigate with a lot of choice for games. The instructions for the game were fully comprehensive and the evening ran smoothly and was so much fun.

This was the first time we did anything like this. I gave it to my husband for Christmas and we had a wonderful time reading reviewing and critiquing the information. It was exciting to see that we were able to figure it out the discrepancies. It actually improved our critical thinking skills. We were so excited when we were able to solve the case.
