Bought a lovely car from mastercars i am really pleased the car had a few minor car park dents and road chips and these were repaired without question and a full service mot and warranty provided. The customer service by tim was 1st class with all my questions answered quickly and efficiently the whole process was stress free and personal - would definitely recommend

I recently purchased a car from Master Cars Hitching. The car was advertised on Auto Trader and I enquired over the phone. As soon as I came off the phone having discussed the car with Tim I was confident in travelling to see it. Tim was accommodating , honest and it was a no pressure environment. I came to Hitchin to look at a car I was interested in, Tim was very quick to respond to my enquiry and reserved for me. All of the details of the car were fully explained to me and Tim was fair with a price with a part exchange for mine. Day of pick up was made very easy, Tim went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the car. Great service and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Recently changed our family car with Tim at Master Cars. Our new car is fantastic. It's top spec, in perfect condition and spotless. We paid our deposit on Friday and the car was delivered by Tuesday morning. I would definitely recommend and buy from them again in the future.

I looked long and hard for the perfect Porsche Boxster, and as soon as I stepped into the Master Cars showroom I saw "my car" .. it was sitting there gleaming! Tim was very friendly and not at all pushy. I returned with my partner a couple of days later for a test drive, and Tim insisted we both drove the car, not just me, and made the whole test drive experience very simple and un-rushed.
Shortly afterwards I put a deposit down to reserve the car knowing I would not be in a position to collect for a few weeks. Those weeks turned out to be a lot more than I had hoped (probably 8 weeks!) and Tim was totally fine with it, not giving me any pressure to pay for the balance and collect. When the day finally arrived the car was prepared to a good standard, the paperwork filled in quickly and I drove home a very happy man!

It is clear the standard of cars Tim has is very high. He obviously cares about what he is selling to his customers. So many dealers, large and small, try and sell anything to anyone, and blatantly lie on the adverts about the vehicle conditions, but Master Cars is not one of those places, and so I would not hesitate to buy another car from them.

Best service I’ve had buying a car. Tim made the process super smooth and sorted all the finance process out for me, I would definitely recommend.
