Our sale was particularly tricky, through no fault of Marco Harris, and they went above and beyond providing us updates and reassurance, even out of hours on evenings and weekends. Shannon was a pleasure to meet on our viewing, Coren was immense with helping us when things went wrong or were delayed (due to someone elsewhere in the chain, no fault of Marco Harris) as well as Kieran. Their recommendations for surveyors and conveyancer were also spot on.
