We have just bought a house being sold by Marco Harris in Hampshire. We would like to recommend Lloyd who has been our contact throughout. Lloyd could not have done more to help us through the process. His professional attitude and support made us feel we were not on our own and his willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed.

After 12 months of our house being on the market and no joy in selling with two other agents, we decided to give Sam and Marco Harris a go.
Sam was amazing in the process! His communication is impeccable and he was always keeping us updated with the sale process.
Today we completed on our house sale and i'd recommend Sam to anyone thinking of buying/selling a property.

We decided to try Marco Harris after being on the market for over a year with two other agents and zero offers. I had confidence that all viewings booked were quality over quantity, not wasting our time with people who were not proceedable. I cannot recommend Sam enough! In just under 6 months he had secured us two offers and a buyer. Sam was there every step of the way with us from day 1 all the way through the conveyancing process liaisng with our solicitor and giving us plenty of updates. I loved that all the communication was via WhatsApp meaning we weren’t having to wait hours or days for an email response and Sam would always respond quickly with a voice note. Sam managed expectations along the way, contacted other estate agents and solicitors when chasing needed to be done, and even chased a house builder for updates for an issue that was holding up the chain. We always found Sam very professional, even when it felt things were about to fall apart! He kept calm and made sure we stayed on top of everything that was in our power to control.

The whole team at Marco Harris have been absolutely brilliant and supportive throughout the entire home purchase process. From the very start, Lennon made us feel at ease with his warm and friendly approach while showing us what would become our new home. Coren then worked tirelessly behind the scenes, even working closely with the seller so we could complete within the timeframe we needed. Despite the many obstacles along the way, they always kept us informed and reassured, and their communication was excellent throughout. Marco Harris were brilliant in selling our house. Their marketing strategy was great, generating a lot of viewings. They put a lot of effort into the process and were reassuring throughout. Could not fault them and would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had tried to sell with two different estate agents prior to using Lloyd at Marco Harris. Neither previous agents kept interest beyond 2 weeks and were giving it one last chance. Lloyd came in with a comprehensive marketing and pricing strategy and we ended up having 2 offers whereas previous agents didn't get viewings. He also managed to shield us from most of the demands of the eventual purchaser. Given that we were close to staying, we are now 4 weeks post move and extremely happy with our decision to give it one last go.

The entire Marco Harris team were excellent throughout the process of our sale and purchase! We sold and bought with them and would recommend them to all our family and friends! Outstanding service from Friedddie at Marco Haris! From the very beginning, the process was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. Tenants were found in no time at all, and everything was made completely stress-free for me. Communication was clear and proactive throughout, and I felt fully supported at every step. It’s rare to come across a service that delivers above and beyond expectations, but Friedddie and the team truly did. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough – an excellent experience from start to finish!

Lloyd was great! Very knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, and very responsive to our queries. We had an older house to sell which was in need of modernisation and Lloyd gave us sound advice on how we might do this to maximise the sale of the property. We moved to 'sale agreed ' in less than a week.

Connor from Marco Harris was absolutely amazing during the sale of our house, he kept us fully informed and up to date with everything that was happening and kept viewings to the same day 15mins apart so it was easier to get the house ready and take the dogs out!! I initially booked Sam from Marco Harris because of the outstanding presentation and photography of my house.
Both Sam and the professional photographer were simply fantastic and the results proved this.
As for Sam, he maintained regular and honest communication with me throughout the whole process.
