I needed to install a server in my office, but any company contacted here in Malta, in addition to totally out-of-market prices, demanded delivery and installation times of at least four weeks. Browsing the internet i found Maltazon, then the company is called Malta System, and with them i found the perfect solution at the right price. The thing that made me happy was that they delivered on the date indicated in the contract and installed the following day. They also helped me with the technical design and the characteristics of the server, while others dictated to me solutions of convenience or availability, not considering that my business is small and that I don't necessarily have to spend exorbitant amounts of money. They also connected me with their chat line where all my doubts were clarified, and this was absolutely free. I am sure I will rely on them to change all the computers I have in the office, even if I have to wait a few days the savings, professionalism and kindness that these guys have repaid the 10 days I waited.

Only slight hiccup was delivery. Driver couldn't understand where the building was (even after sending a pin to the exact location), and once he did find the building, he left the parcel with a colleague downstairs, luckily someone trustworthy.

Delivery is terrible. I was aware that no attempt of delivery would be made till I respond to notification but it came as a message in a messenger I don't normally use or check, so it was hard not to miss. It took 3 days of messaging to finally get the product delivered (after initial 12 days of waiting agreed upon, plus weeends).

Update: there indeed was a notification about the purchase being ready for delivery 5 days before the original term, which made waiting even harder. Hope the delivery service did get updated as stated.
Apart from that, everything is good: the product was only available in Malta from this seller, the price is adequate and I'm happy with the purchase.

The 12 days delivery and the charge is the reason for the low rating. I am sure that as a company you have good reasons for both the 12 days and the charge but most of your local competitors provide a faster service and free delivery for purchases over 50eur and as a customer I know that I will only check your website if I don't find it elsewhere since you are putting your self in a disadvantage. This is a reply to your reply : You would like me to read your T&C but you did not read how I started my review . I have no doubt that you have your good reasons why you operate how you do but as a customer I am telling you what can be better in my opinion. If you are happy with how things are you do not have to change them. I am only rating my experience as a customer and I asked my self if it was my own buisness, what would I want to know to try and make things better. It does not mean it is something feasible at the moment but it does not mean it is not something you can take in consideration if the opportunity to make faster and cheaper deliveries arises
