Excellent Service by Antonio at St. Paul’s Bay
I visited the Maltazon store in St. Paul’s Bay, and Antonio assisted me with exceptional kindness. He patiently showed me all the mice available in the store. However, I wanted a specific model that was only in the warehouse. Antonio kindly offered to look for it and bring it to the shop. In the end, the product was even better than I expected.
Excellent service — I highly recommend this store. Very reliable, friendly, and professional.

thank you for your review, we wanted to apologize for the 1 day delay, unfortunately when orders arrive after our closing time we are not able to process them the same day. In fact in our terms and conditions it is clearly stated that shipping will take 12 business days excluding Saturday and Sunday. In addition, the order was placed on a Friday at 6:47PM therefore our logistics depot does not work on Saturday and Sunday, effectively making it impossible for us to proceed with your order, which will be was processed on Monday, May 13 at 9:48AM. Delivery service was done on 24 May, inside the 12 working days indicated on T&C. I hope the explanation was comprehensive. For any other information you can contact us by email or by phone at 20979742.
