I was approved but I haven't received my funded account.
I passed both phases of the FTMO migration within the established deadlines.
However, it's been six days since I passed the second phase. They sent the credentials for the funded account, but haven't activated or approved my KYC.
I've already sent emails, but no one has responded yet.
I bought the challenge trusting the brand and was happy to know I would be migrated to FTMO, but so far there has been no response from the prop firm Oanda, and I'm still waiting for them to release my funded account. It's the least they can do, especially now that they're integrating one of the most reliable prop firms in the world.
I didn't have any problems during the entire testing period. Unfortunately, when I was approved, I received a surprise.
I await your response, Oanda Prop Firm.

The policy changes arbitrarily, without considering the examinee's performance or mood. Those who are close to passing are simply told to transfer to another company to start over or receive a refund.
Absolutely untrustworthy! I will stop anyone from using this brokerage. I strongly discourage using it! Don't be fooled.

You claim to be a licensed broker, but this feels like straight-up robbery. You’ve held onto our money for months while we grinded through your program, only to pull the rug out and offer nothing for the lost time and opportunity. We spent countless hours analyzing markets, managing risks, and proving our skills— all for what? To be told “sorry, start over”? This isn’t how a legitimate, licensed operation treats its traders. It screams scam.
I’m calling on all affected traders to band together and file a collective complaint. Let’s gather evidence, share stories, and take this to regulators or even legal action if needed. Don’t let them get away with this— our time and money deserve better.

Passed Both Phases, Signed Agreement, Then Account Terminated Before Funding
I successfully passed both phases of the OANDA Prop Trader challenge and signed the Signal Provider Agreement as instructed. I completed all verification steps and was informed that my funded account activation would take 1–3 business days.
Before activation occurred, I received an email stating that the entire program was being terminated and that my challenge account was concluded.
At the time of termination:
I had already signed the funded agreement.
My verification process was completed.
My account activation was pending.
Instead of honoring the funding process, I was offered either a refund or discount “points” toward another firm.
I dedicated significant time and discipline to pass both phases in good faith, expecting the funding process to proceed once all contractual requirements were fulfilled.
As of writing this review, I have not received clear clarification regarding the validity of my signed agreement or whether funding will proceed.
I am leaving this review to document the timeline and experience for transparency.

For some products, such US30, I cannot place orders below 1 lot. I can only trade 1 lot, not 0.01 or 0.1 lots. For traders with small capital, this makes risk management impossible."

Fast Payout Process
Overall, my experience with OANDA's prop firm has been solid. The trading conditions are quite good, though I have encountered some slippage on stop orders where the price jumps. There were also a few instances where the price hit my TP, but the position didn't close immediately. Aside from those minor technical glitches, everything else has been smooth.
The customer service is responsive and always answers my queries via email. Most importantly, the payout process is impressively fast. My first request was approved within 2 days, and the funds reached my OANDA Global Markets account just 4-5 hours after approval.

Unjustified Termination Before Funded Trading Started (Account #64077)
After passing the 2-step challenge, my funded account was unjustly terminated before I could even start trading it. My Signal Provider Account (#64077) was suddenly terminated with only a vague "internal risk assessment" reason — no specific violation or evidence provided, no appeal possible.
I followed all rules: no prohibited trading, no drawdown breaches, disciplined style. My consistent performance is verified on other large prop firms.
Lack of transparency is disappointing. Many similar complaints here.
Sharing for community awareness.

I passed the 2-Step challenge for a $200K account with OANDA Prop, but after passing, my account was denied due to unspecified internal risk control reasons. No clear explanation or evidence was provided about what rule I allegedly violated.
This experience was extremely disappointing. I invested significant time, effort, and money to complete the challenge in good faith, following the stated rules. Being refused an account after successfully passing — without transparent communication — seriously undermines trust in the program.
I hope OANDA Prop can improve transparency and provide clearer feedback to traders in similar situations.
