Spinnaker Challenger

I've used Mainspring Boutique before and have had a few Spinnakers from different sources in the past. Never had any problems with the products or the service. Ordering was painless with next day delivery by DPD.

Bought the new Challenger model on a whim a few weeks ago. It's surpassed my expectations in finish and build quality. I bought an expensive Citizen series 8 GMT around the same time and find myself wearing this more. Look out for special offers, I got mine at 30% off with a free watch winder thrown in so feel like I got a bit of bargain.

Purchased a watch and tried to cancel…

Purchased a watch and tried to cancel by calling the number displayed on their website but it simply rang out the full day. Number was also for another company called "Dartmouth Brands", not Mainspring Boutique.

They eventually did respond to my email which also requested to cancel the order and they did in fact cancel the order.

Very suspicious though. Don't publish a number on yuor website if it isn't manned and certainly don't have it pointing to a different business name entirely.

Mainspring Boutique

I have used Mainspring Boutique many times over the last few years and the experience has always been top shelf. I’ve only ever had one watch that didn’t work properly and I sent it to be fixed with no hassle at all.
Sarah and Jane, the two I always get in touch with are so helpful, if there’s any queries. They are very polite and very good at what they do, they are a credit to the company.
Now and again there might be a reason to get in touch with Mainspring and they always answer within 24 hours so I’m always in the loop. For example, if a watch has taken longer than usual to arrive one email later I am told why it’s late and when it will arrive.
If you are looking for a good watch supplier that has more than reasonable discounts, then you have to try Mainspring Boutique. I know you won’t be disappointed.

This company offers superb timepieces…

This company offers superb timepieces at affordable prices. I have bought quite a few from them and have been pleased with every purchase. I don't normally leave reviews but my latest purchase moved me to do one. I ordered a RGMT Pershing from them. When I opened the bow I literally said WoW. It is a beautiful timepiece. Fantastic quality, accurate performance & generates lots of compliments. The service they provide is efficient and delivery was as expected. As a side note, on some occasions they say that your order will be despatched in ten days. Don't worry about this as they keep you appraised of the progress of your order and great watches are worth waiting for. I will continue to use them & look forward to receiving more fantastic watches.

Poor Customer Service

I ordered a watch (not my 1st from here) and the price was dropped the next day. Rather than return the original, which hadn't even been dispatched, and order a new one, I asked if they would just adjust the price accordingly rather than me having to send one back and re-order but have been completely blanked. Does say on the website they will get back to you in a couple of days but now been a week. Watches might be great but the customer service definitely is not.

The winder was delivered without a US…

The winder was delivered without a US plug and I have put batteries in and it still doesn't work. Please replace so I'm not out over 100 dollars!!
