Crap

I have bought 3 watches from this company and had issues with 2 of them . One arrived not working required a battery. You would think it would be checked prior to shipping. The second was an automatic. The watch wouldn't start up then suddenly started working . It began to loose time and gains time. Contacting customer services is useless as they only reply sometimes. Cheap Chinese junk that has no quality checks before shipping and that takes 15 days.Avoid . Was offered 10% after spending nearly £450

Bought a gift for my husband from here…

Bought a gift for my husband from here and was a little aprehensive as it was an expensive gift and first time I have used this company. However, I needn't have worried, the watch arrived in great time and was well packaged too. It is exactly as described and is excellent value for money. I would definitely use this company again.

Amazing. The site looks amazing with lots of special watches and creative new companies. The fastest shipping I've ever had. Where I see the collaboration with the shop company.. it's a safe purchase. And my new Nubeo is amazing.Thank you

Great service!

I had a problem with my new Nubeo watch. Mainspring picked up my issue within 24 hours and offered a tested replacement straight away. They also offered a refund, but I love the watch and the replacement has been faultless! Thank you

Great company and great watches.

Buying a watch can’t be simpler you see it advertised
you order it it’s delivered within 3 to 4 days, and there is a large selection of watches too chose from and different manufacturers and great prices.

Watch took too long to arrive

Watch took too long to arrive. Response time to queries about delivery is slow also.

Watch when it did arrive was as expected. Packaged well and good quality.

Watch ordered 14th March and delivered 27th March. You advertised the same watch within 48 hrs of ordering as next day delivery.
So, to repeat. The watch took too long to arrive.

Utter Toilet of a Company

I ordered a watch which promised Free Next Day Delivery. After 2 days, still no watch, so I emailed the company numerous times and received no response. I then left them a disparaging comment on FB and lo and behold they contacted me via Messenger. They ‘investigated’ and said that they had the watch in stock but the watch box was damaged so would I accept a 10% refund and a free watch roll, which I agreed to. When the watch finally arrived, it was a completely different watch to the one I ordered, no sign of damage to the box and no watch roll. Contacted them again to say that what had arrived was not what I ordered and asked them to provide a postage return label, and unsurprisingly, radio silence again. I have no raised a dispute with my card issuer.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Ordered a watch nearly a month ago, (MSB#9892) still no watch, no reply to two emails, no reply on social media. Will start a chargeback or court summons on Monday. Save yourselves the hassle and buy elsewhere.

This generic reply sent by them has been used multiple times to multiple customers. No-one else seems to have trouble with my emails. I'd have a word with your hosting provider as well as sorting out your customer services. Awful.
