The winder looks good and does it's job, but it's rather noisier than I had hoped or expected.

Bought two of these Nubeo winders, as I have two of this brand watches. They appear to be be "new old stock" as the boxes were not in the best condition, and the perpex domes had a sticky films over them. After half an hour of cleaning a polishing, they look ok, but not perfect. As they were heavily discounted from the RRP, it wasn't worth returning them, and they appear to work ok.
Not the usual Nubeo quality.

I ordered 2 watches on 12/8/25, the website states free next day delivery, on the 20/8/25 I received an email saying that 1 watch was sold out. I chose an alternative watch, I sent 3 emails but go no reply and no watches were delivered and no refund was processed.I have asked my credit card for a refund.

I've purchased a few watches from them now and always a great! Price up until my last watch I've never encountered a issue. Delivery is very quick also. This time I did need to contact customer service as the watch I purchased didn't work, however after advising them of this I was replied to that next day as stated and they were apologetic and offered me two solutions which I let them know the one I chose. Which was to get a new battery fitted which they have refunded me for, and also offered a good discount on any future purchase. Which is appreciated I felt they dealt with this issue professionally and courtesly thanks again to them. I'm still a😄 customer and know I will be back to buy more, resistance is futile 😉

Where to start ordered Sunday noticed issue with address, emailed them straight away. By 09.30am Monday had a reply sorting the issue. Contacted customer service to thank them and try to get an idea on delivery time. Within an hour had a reply. Dispatched same day and received on Tuesday the very next day. Quality service and the

I ordered a watch online and was promised "next day delivery". This didn't happen! I then got an email saying there would a "slight delay", but that I would get an further email (with a tracking number) telling me of my delivery schedule. Once again, this never happened. An email to customer services was neither acknowledged or responded to. I asked for a refund, which was quickly processed, but I would never attempt to use this firm again. Once they get your money, they aren't committed to fulfilling your order, which is a poor business choice that they may regret in the future.

I ordered my nubeo serius watch from mainspring boutique on 13th of August and it was delivered the next day, excellent service, well packaged and well worth the price 10/10 you can't get better than that 👍👌😉

When I visited their website a box popped up to enter my email address to receive voucher codes for30% off normal prices or 10% off sale prices.
I put 4 watches in my basket from the sale, one expensive one and three cheaper ones, but the voucher code didn't work. I contacted Mainspring - no response. Then I received a reminder about the items in my cart along with a code for 5% off, not as good as 10% but it didn't work either. I contacted Mainspring again - still no response apart from another reminder to complete checkout and another 5% code. i tried to use this but now the watch I really wanted (the expensive one) is out of stock.
I gave up.

I was very happy with the 2 watches that I bought off of May in spring. A customers customer service was very good and I received an in myself. I would say, it's a bargain. Yours truly

I've used Mainspring Boutique before and have had a few Spinnakers from different sources in the past. Never had any problems with the products or the service. Ordering was painless with next day delivery by DPD.

Bought the new Challenger model on a whim a few weeks ago. It's surpassed my expectations in finish and build quality. I bought an expensive Citizen series 8 GMT around the same time and find myself wearing this more. Look out for special offers, I got mine at 30% off with a free watch winder thrown in so feel like I got a bit of bargain.
