Bought a set of 20 pens but for some reason they were dry and I couldn’t get any to start to write. Contacted Magnetips by email they very promptly responded sending me a set of refills. Works great and great company.

I'd give 5 stars for customer service but only 2 for quality as the set I ordered didn't work & neither did the refill set. But they sent me out 2 sets free of charge so happy now.

What a disapointment!!!!
We saw them on TV and thought what a nice idea. We ordered two sets but what a dissapointment. None of them worked. They were all totaly dried out. Im just not willing to use refills on brandnew fineliners. They go straight to the bin. Waste of money!!!!

Purchased two sets and both bad
Purchased two sets via kick starter. Markers can dry and unusable. Was told to use them until the ink flowed and received no further response. Several of the tips of some colors - brown, yellow are completely frayed and used. Bought two packs and this is the case for both

Very Disappointing - Pens Dry & Unusable
Received as a Christmas present and had my first try today. The majority of the pens are dry and unusable, very disappointed.
Going by other recent reviews, this appears to be a common issue, which suggests very poor quality control.
Looks like I will have to use the refills already and see if things get any better with the pens.

They simply don't work. I received a set of 20 for Christmas and ALL pens were COMPLETELY dry.

The concept is cool if the pens worked
The concept is cool, but EVERY SINGLE PEN WAS DRY!!! I had to use my refills before I could even use this product for the first time. Such a waste. At least I had refills that worked. I feel it would be fair if I was sent a new set of refills free of charge.

love these pens , l bought them as a present for my son in law , only problem is most of the pens didnt work as the ink was dry , l had to use the spare refills to get them working , pity it would have been good to have had the spares ,
