I have many free and payed extensions from Mageplaza.

What i like the most is they have a lot of content to read and learn about coding. (for our trainees)

Fast assistance, quick responses, and facilitate the information that I needed.

I interacted with Support Engineer, Lucy. She was prompt in responding and able to redirect to the right technical team who helped with the issue.

We use many Mage Plaza modules in our Official ASUS BR store.

The modules present functional and useful resources for our sales routine.

We recently had a problem with the abandoned cart recovery module reports and the Mage Plaza support team responded to us with assertiveness and objectivity.

Bought a module and installed it. It was producing an error so I contacted Chat support and Lucy helped me to create a support ticket for her team to help me out with the problem. Lucy did a great job, now I'm waiting for the response of the technical support. Keep up the good work Lucy!

I was experiencing an issue with the blog section on our live website; however, everything was working just as expected in the staging environment of the website. After carefully ensuring the configuration of the Better Blog free extension is identical on both environments, I assumed it might be some sort of an extension bug. I've reached out to the Mageplaza extension support, not expecting much, given the extension is free. Was I wrong, though - to my surprise, Logan from the support team went above and beyond, reviewing the environment setup and even fig into the database of the website, where he discovered that one of the folders created by the contracted developers was overwriting the better blog folders which was creating the issue we are experiencing.

I cannot be any more grateful for Logan's efforts and bringing clarity to the situation.

With such outstanding support for their free extensions, I can only imagine the level of dedication one receives for the paid ones.

For the Magento 2 Abandoned Cart Email Extension

I use Mageplaza on my website since 4 fours and i can easily install somes extensions in their marketplace

The extension "Edit order" does not work for configurable and bundle products and had a lot of mistakes in our Magento 2.4 online shop.

I contacted the the support and they could not really help after a short time. They just close the ticket after a short time.
I’ll ask for a refund and they told me I was too late. They cannot give me any refund so in case you want good extensions and good support don’t use this platform - the 1st level support is a hassle.
