The customer support experience was highly disappointing. The representative displayed unprofessional behavior, showing a lack of willingness to assist and seemingly wasting time without providing any resolution. Despite paying for support services, I did not receive the help I needed. This reflects poorly on the company's competence and commitment to its customers.

Overall a great experience! It was simple and easy to install and use the app. Anna was very helpful in customising the app so that it matches my store's theme. Would definitely recommend!

Useful and varied modules. Occasional bugs, but a first-rate team of developers and support.

They offer a variety of modules, some of which are quite useful, but unfortunately, many come with bugs. While their support team does try to help, it would be better if they tested modules more thoroughly before releasing new versions, especially for critical functionalities. Overall, I’d rate them as average. If you have the time and patience to work with their support, I would recommend them. Otherwise, proceed with caution, as you may find yourself spending significant time fixing bugs. While they did eventually resolve all issues on their side, there was no compensation or discount offered for the inconvenience.

Absolutely impeccable support from Elle and the team. The big boys out there.....LEARN. This is how support should be. Super fast, accurate and very patient with me as a complete idiot with tech stuff.
