Very Helpful Customer Support
I had a fantastic experience with the Customer Support especially Rey. Their team were patient, understanding, and provided clear solutions to my problem
Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with, prompt at sorting out any issues & great dogwalkers!
Terrible company with terrible customer…
Terrible company with terrible customer service. Their system sent me an email to confirm a sitter I had selected. When I paid through the email link, the payment went to the wrong sitter. Instead of rectifying the error they blamed me and hid behind T&C’s and kept 50% of the $200+ payment as a cancellation fee. So fee for no service! The error was their system linking the payment to the wrong sitter. The ‘customer service’ staff were terrible and made no effort to rectify the error. All they had to do was move the payment to be held against the correct sitter but instead they charged me and cancelled the sitter I had selected who was one I had used before. I dealt with several chat bot help people that claimed they were real people but if they were human they had no empathy or capacity to problem solve only sent me copies of the T&C’s and said ‘computer says no!’

Great experience, and great tool!
It has been a great experience since I joined Mad Paws pet services as a sitter.
Support team is always helpful, and my dog care business has quickly grown last 4-5 years.
The booking system is pretty easy to understand for everyone, and quite intuitive.
A very good thing is you don’t need to look for your clients. Mad Paws can look for your clients with their latest AI marketing tools as long as your profile, and calendar are up-to-date.
Highly recommend!
DO NOT USE MADPAWS
Absolutely disgusting service by the sitter and madpaws customer service.
I got home and opened my front door to be greeted by an awful stench. The bin hadn't been emptied the whole time I was gone (x6 nights).
The kitty litter had x3 poops in it so it hadn't been cleaned. There was a heap of kitty litter on my rug and going into the bedrooms so my dogs clearly weren't being watched and got into the litter.
The rug had x3 different pee stains on it. My dogs don't wee inside, the only way they would of done that was if they were left inside for long periods of time alone.
There were dirty dishes left in the sink.
Evidence showed that the sitter didn't stay overnight as my bed was how I left it.
My dogs were clearly stressed as they broke into under my house for cover. They also dug holes and they normally don't do that.
I put in a complaint to customer service and they sided with the sitter even tho I gave them plenty of evidence with photos.
The sitter even had a friend over 🤦♀️
I am absolutely disgusted by the team at madpaws.
And if you are in the bathurst area, DO NOT USE DAKOTA.

Excellent Customer Support
Apart from a technical blunder where my profile keeps disappearing, Madpaws has an excellent support team, especially by MJ (customer service specialist).
Excellent service!
Awesome service!! Helped me a lot when I needed a sitter for the holiday.
Why we sit other people’s dogs
We started dog minding in early January, a few months after we lost our beloved Goldie to cancer. The dog owners we have met have been exceptional, the dogs have been even better. It’s been a great 8 weeks and we will continue to enjoy the companionship and walking with our guests.
Amazing, Great Service and Support
I've been with Madpaws for years now and they have been amazing.
From the Support to the clients, I literally can't recommend them enough. I've put multiple clients in touch with them and even had a few people sign up. I've been with many pet sitters and Madpaws has definitely been my first choice.
Loving using mad paws so far
Loving using mad paws so far, such a quick and efficient customer service! Setting up my account was made simple by Lily and MJ and it was approved so quickly without any issues!
Responsive company
The company is responsive to queries, and with good guidelines in place, we as sitters have had almost no issues with pets or their owners.
There is good help on their Knowledge base, which answers a wide range of questions.
The negatives are: steep fees (we pay 20% commission on the rate, and there's also a buyer's premium as well - example: advertise $60/night, buyer pays $68, we get $48); and the technology/website can be a bit temperamental (messages not updating even when we navigate around in the website - full refresh required).
Mad Paws - A Reliable Platform
The customer service is efficient and great! Also, the sitter who took care of my pet Toby when I was away for 2 weeks provided me updates so I did not have to worry that much. All I know is that my pet is in good hands with Mad Paws whenever I have to travel.
