My order arrived in a good timeframe, and the instructions for pick up were followed. Postage was a bit expensive as I am rural. But I will definitely buy from Kirsty again 😊

Thank you, we appreciate your time to leave this lovely review and for putting so much care into ensuring your bird has safe products. Unlike other businesses who use seagrass mats for bird items, I wash the seagrass mats in F10 veterinary disinfectant, which is bird-safe. It's what the avian/exotics vet use to clean cages, food bowls and everything in their clinics, to make them as safe as can be :)
Let's chat next time about postage, as we can get the rural postage cheaper by working with Australia Posts' cubic weight brackets. It was the combination of heavy pellets and bulky seagrass mats in your order that prevented me from getting the postage cheaper for you.

I have an Eclectus parrot and hate the rubbish that is offered in pet shops etc. Everything I could possibly want for my bird is available and being all natural and Australian is a big tick for me. I also love that I’m supporting a small business. Highly recommend and I will continue to only shop here for my bird.

We understand price is an important factor and we’re always working to offer the best value possible, which is why we also have 'bulk' 25 packs of Sola Stems available at a discounted price.
We also refrain from regular price increases, only changing the price when absolutely necessary. The main item in your order has not had a price increase in 3.5 years, while the other item you ordered has only gone up 30c in that time, which we think is pretty great :)
Did you know that the postage price for small, light items is a flat rate, regardless of how many you purchase? At the moment that price is $11.15, which is what Australia Post charge for a 500 gram parcel. When the parcel only weighs 100 grams like yours did, it can seem like not as good value, but when you stock up on a larger supply of Sola goodies, you can make the postage work better for you :) I even cover the extra postage cost if the parcel goes over 500 grams.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Kirsty is responsive to queries about her products. My birds just destroy and love their fresh green toys and natural chews/swings. I also appreciate the more robust steel and acrylic toys.
I have a Cockatoo, Corella, Galah, Cockatiels and Budgies.
On another note the deliveries by Aramex are top notch. My order can be picked up in the afternoon in Queensland and I am accepting the delivery the next morning in Woolgoolga.
