From the first contact and to the very end of my pets long journey Petraveller were first class. Regular updates with photos and the most amazing and caring staff both in Australia and the UK. Cannot praise them enough

I want to write a big thank you to Paul and his team, travelling with your pet to another country is a stressful experience but not with Petraveller.

Paul and his team both here and Sam who went above and beyond to make my dog Kiba feel comfortable and relaxed for his journey.

At every step of the way you are kept informed on where your pet is and how they are going, by the time I cleared customs in Thailand and drove 800 metres to pet customs Kiba my dog was ready to go and cleared.

Can't that you enough team and if I could give you 10 stars I would.

We used Petraveller and were so impressed with their professionalism and honesty. From the first call to their lovely video of our pets getting on the plane from Australia to San Francisco was so reassuring, the staff at Petraveller were amazing and we would HIGHLY advise pet owners to use them!!!!!!!

My best friend Summer moved to LA so I had Lyric her dog who I’ve known for 10 years living with me for 2 months until her journey to LA. Anna and Jacky were so amazing and beautiful with how they treated lyric but also keeping Summer and myself updated the whole trip . They all fell in love with lyric which just warmed our hearts . From start to finish could not fault anything. Would highly recommend. Thank you again ladies for making this so easy .

I cannot recommend this company highly enough!! The whole thought of relocating across the globe with a pet is daunting at best however everyone in Petraveller made sure is smooth, stress free for both me and my cat and on the utmost level of professionalism and care. We were travelling from Sydney to Poland with transit in Doha.
The whole process from A to Z well organised and taken care of, absolutely ALL staff members I was interacting with amazing, professional, and with umost care for the whole process and well-being of my sweet Daisy. Highly ! Highly recommend !!

Being the over-protective doggy parents that we are, when moving from Melbourne to the UK last November, it was a case of nothing but the best for our adorable 4.5 year old KCC x Mini-Labradoodle. We had done our research on the best care provided for such a long stressful journey, and we chose no other than Petraveller; we would 100% totally recommend anyone wanting to relocate their pet overseas to use Petraveller. Paul was Alfie’s Pet Travel Manager from the outset in Melbourne with Jacky looking after the handover process to the airline. We were so lucky and grateful that we had chosen Petraveller for Alfie’s long journey; they were professional, attentive, provided very clear instructions regarding all stages of the journey, answered all our questions and made us feel confident that our boy was in good hands with them. They updated us with photos and videos throughout Alfie’s journey, and this was the case through to pickup at London Heathrow. Paul, Jacky, Sophia and the Team, we cannot thank you enough for keeping our boy cared for and safe - you are all truly amazing.
