Order 2 tops said they were cotton. It has taken 4 weeks to arrive and the cheapest junk possible used. This is a total scam, DO NOT WAS YOUR MONEY!!!

Made out they were from USA but shipping was from China. Stated that the t-shirts were 100% cotton, one of them was the other is basically nylon plastic and so cheap and tacky.
Sizing random. Complete scam do not buy so expensive for what they are.

I've had a good experience with the company not sure why I am seeing different reviews from others. Although I got my order in 12 days which is not that bad, their customer service is tops! Love my shirt also..

Am I the only one who actually received my order? It took almost 4 weeks but finally came. I want to return for different size or refund but afraid to - I'll probably not get either and will lose my $$. I seldom order from fbook ads or unknown companies and all these reviews confirm why. Buy USA.

Customer service is quick to respond via email. The dress I received was adorable but USA sizing is questionable. I have followed steps to get another dress we shall see if I receive it. It did take a long time to arrive but again customer service was quick to respond.

I ordered 2 shirts on June 25th, I received an email stating I would receive the shirts within 1-7 days but still haven’t received them. Cannot get to the “contact us” as it doesn’t go through. Sadly I think this site is a scam! BEWARE!

Ordered 2 shirts and still nothing. Would love my money back, but have yet to get an answer through email & the phone number never has anyone pick up. Annoyed that I spent my little bit of shopping money on something that ended up not being fake. I usually do my do diligence in looking into companies and this is a lesson in never allowing that to happen again. Will I ever see my money? Or the product?

Messaged support and asked for a refund after getting a fake tracking number. They sent an email that day saying that they refunded me (July 1,2022) and i messaged again TWICE to see when it would be back in my account and they have not replied at all. Maybe they’ll finally reply to this and let me know when I’ll be getting my refund. Also, the customer support number doesn’t work!!!!

Advertised a cotton quality brand shirt but I received a nylon piece of junk. Took three weeks to arrive from China, too. Total scam.

The shirt took forever to ship. I did get a discount to take my negative review about the late shipment down. I finally got the shirt today and it is horrible quality. Very thin, stretchy, almost silky material. It is also very boxy. I will probably never wear it. Definitely regret buying it. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the decal on the shirt looks fine and they reached out when I left the first negative review.

Made You Smile is a scam company that says their based in the US and ship from the US but then provide you with fake tracking information that originates in China. They send you emails telling you that your order has been processed and that it has shipped (three different emails over the course of two days all saying that your order has been picked up from the retailer and is currently en-route to you), but when you check back -- after three weeks of radio silence since the initial emails were sent -- asking why your tracking link doesn't work and where your package is, they tell you that your order has actually been backordered and will ship by the end of the month, and when you counter them and ask why they would send you emails telling you that your order has been processed, packaged, picked up by the carrier and shipped, their customer service attacks you, tells you that this is exactly how all online retailers operate, and insists they did nothing wrong, never lied, and are not a scam. They did finally come back with a refund, and I will be watching my statement like a hawk to see if it ends up actually going through, but I am willing to bet that it won't go through and we'll end up having to dispute it with the credit card company. But, the bright side of that is that in disputing it with Mastercard as a scam, they'll at least flag the company as such, which will hopefully prevent others from losing out on $50 or more.

I reached out several days after my expected delivery date in regard to not receiving order. Once I received a response it was that my order had never been processed. My payment sure processed immediately though. Still waiting to receive the items. I had to get different gifts for those girls so not really sure what I’m gonna do with them when and if I receive them.

Well I cannot comment on the actual product, because I have not received it yet (order placed May 23, 2022), however when I inquired about the delay, the response was quick. They stated a delay in production due to demand. Customer service has been good.

Also please note product ships from China.

SAYS is shipped on may 26. No shirt. No contact us info on the website.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my grand daughter. Customer service was very helpful when I had a bit of trouble placing the order. My grand daughter loved her Sweat Shirt! My only suggestion would be that MadeYouSmile should clearly state that, with supply chain problems, deliveries may take longer than expected.

Delivery time was 3 weeks to Ontario Canada, so not bad. Good communication. However material quality of the hoodie was not what I was expecting, but okay. Will be good for fall and early spring wear.

I really like the hoodie I received, though the material is a little thinner than I thought it would be.
Buying it was a pretty smooth & easy process & it arrived pretty quickly.

I ordered a t-shirt for my husband on April 26th and still don't have it (May 8th).

I love my new Madeyousmile shirt!!!
Just anxious for more sayings and more colors to choose from. I can understand running low on the more summery colors.
The shirt I have is a vibrant shade of blue.
