Been waiting since January for an order. It has supposedly been in transit in my country since 21 Feb. Its now 9 March. No feedback at all from queries sent. Would like answers or money back.

I have written at least 3 times asking how to return boots that don’t fit. They asked if I wanted yes to exchange and I says no, the style did not work fir me. I have never heard anything else. It will soon be TWO months!!! I want an answer on how to return !!!!

I ordered Gel curlers, that go in the microwave and you curl your hair around them £25 they cost. Instead I got a cheap cotton curler nothing like what I ordered. The websites disappeared. I’ve emailed them so hopefully they’ll come back to me. I’m afraid it’s a scam.

Wish I could give this zero stars. I received a faulty jacket that does not work. Reached out multiple times and never heard back. Not to mention the quality is terrible. I should’ve researched before purchasing, as many others have had the same issue.

I’ve reached out several times. I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone. I just received my heated jacket order & it doesn’t work. I’ve let it stay on the charger for well over 2 days. When I take it off & press the button, NOTHING! It’s a POS. Not only that, but I ordered a size L & got sent an XL. I just want a refund at this point. Don’t do busy with this company! They are a joke! I’ll be letting everyone I know, know!

I had a horrible service from MYSmile and the agent I was working with. I ordered a Learning crewneck sweatshirt...nothing came for a month. I emailed and they said they were out of stock. Well, TELL ME THEN. I substituted for another design of the same price. NOPE, out of stock! I requested a refund then. NOPE, NOTHING! I ordered from them before and it was ok but now?? No way. Do not order from them. I think they must be going out of business and they have kept my money without delivering a product. Very disappointed. Spread the word.

Worst purchase I’ve ever made! The shipping took forever and the quality of the sweater is awful!!! The colour is so different and the material is cheap cheap cheap! Not cotton as advertised! 0 star would be what this company should get!!!

I’ve received my order, weeks after purchasing it. It was shipped from China, not US as advertised. I am very dissapointed in the shipping times.

I would have been able to deal with slow shipping had the sweatshirt I received been as advertised. It was not. I have never received such a low quality item before. This is not made of cotton as advertised. It feels extremely cheap and I would compare it to that of a Halloween costume quality. Totally disappointing and misleading advertising.

Links stop working after you purchase the item- major scam. Do not buy from made you smile.

Placed an order sept 8. Shipped the 11th. It’s now the 27th and, according to tracking, delivered, but I have received nothing. Website no longer exists so I can’t even contact anyone about the missing order to get a refund.

Have not received my clothing. Website no longer exists so cannot contact anybody, am so cross. SCAM!!

Scam. I've waited 6 weeks, no customer service. No dress!!
They had the nerve to send me a coupon to be duped again!!!!!

SCAM-

I ordered August 27. The company was listed as in Massachusetts. The order finally arrived today- shipped from China. The shirt quality is *not* what I ordered. The website is gone. The customer service email not functional. I did not see these reviews before buying, and wish i had! I would have ordered elsewhere. I want my money back!

EDITED TO ADD: the customer service team replied, claiming to provide me a link to the refund policy. That link was broke and the site yet another scam. The company claimed that before they would provide a refund, I was required to return the goods to the company - in Asia - confirming that the company does not exist at all in the US despite the Massachusetts address listed on my order confirmation email.

SECOND EDIT: The Massachusetts address listed on the order confirmation does not even exist. The local Better Business Bureau confirmed the company does not exist locally in MA. The business is not registered with the state of MA. A customer service representative continued to email, and continued to insist that both the MA address was real and that the terms of refund were spelled out on the still-broken refund policy website.

Gutted I fell for this before finding these comments!
Ordered on the 28th August and still nothing 🙄 website is now gone and I can’t get anymore info 😩
Not even sure how to get my money back, please don’t order it must be a complete scam!

I have still yet to receive my order and it’s been over 2 weeks!! This is a scam. If it’s shipping from “Connecticut” like it claims, it would be here already, as I live in NY. I tried to find a number to call, no number, email or instagram. This is a scam!! I want my money back or my sweatshirt. What a shame.

If I could give zero stars I would. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! I ordered an item and it took almost three weeks to get to me.....FROM CHINA! The site claimed they were based out of Massachusetts. Well I finally received my item and it doesn't fit. I need to return it but when I go to my email from when I ordered, I try and click the website but it no longer exists, either does the Facebook or Instagram page. I find it funny that this "company" no longer exists after I sent a message to "customer support" and called them out on their BS telling them they were a fake company.

This company is a scam. 2 weeks after I placed an order it has yet to ship from China. They pretend they're in America but drop ship from China. They list fake USA address and telephone number. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Paper thin - like wearing tissue paper, but tissue paper made out of plastic - very cheap iron-on sort of decoration. Do not waste your money.

Lost a shirt that I ordered TWICE. Honestly the worst company I have ever done business with. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Scam! Scam! scam! I don’t know why I didn’t research this company before purchasing, must have been a brain lapse. They advertise they are from Massachusetts, but that is a lie. Ordered 2 weeks ago and my shirt is still in China. Based on the reviews of the shirts, I’ll probably throw it away if and when it gets here. Please don’t send me your standard response of contacting you support email. I’ve already done that and it’s a waste of time.

TOTAL SCAM!
Like many others, I wish I had found these reviews prior to placing my order. By now I could have figured out how to make the shirt on my Cricut and gift it to all of us who’ve been scammed! They lie about being an American-based company and it’s been a month and a half and I’ve received NOTHING. I requested a cancellation and refund weeks ago and they told me it was too late. Funny that my item is STILL sitting in Shanghai according to my Shop app. This is very frustrating and it’s a shame that companies are able to continue to advertise their scams on social media, etc. Someone took a course in customer service and social media because they are responding to the negative reviews to make themselves look better. Well the secret is out- your company sucks! And don’t tell me to send another email to your customer service address. I’ve sent two and they do NOTHING!
