A member of staff was willing to come to our home to check whether the bed would fit .
When delivered the headboard was missing so a member of staff used own vehicle to go and collect it .

A fantastic local company who sell a vast range of quality beds and mattresses to suit all price ranges. The staff (especially Michelle at the Northwich store) are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They ensure that the mattress you buy is the one for you, by asking a range of questions and getting you to try different ones.
The delivery service and the installation of your new bed is very professional and they even take away and recycle your old bed !
I would definitely use M6 bed warehouse again and I can highly recommend this company.

We went to The M6 Bed Warehouse to initially scope out ranges and prices of a replacement mattress.

We were met by and engaged with Lynn who was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire range of beds from budget to high-end. She listened to our needs and pointed us in the right direction with a number of price options. We were invited to try all the mattresses we were considering and were left to our own devices without any "Hard Sell". This entire approach led us to deciding to place our business with Lynn and The M6 Bed Warehouse.

Once we had narrowed down our choices, we asked Lynn for advice and insight into what she thought would work best for us. She outlined pros and cons of our shortlist, including guarantees, differing constructions, delivery timescales and firmness ratings, even stating that the new mattress would initially feel a little firmer than the demonstration models but would soften once in use.

This brought us to a straight choice between two similarly priced mattresses from 2 different manufacturers. After further detailed discussions with Lynn, we made our choice, she smiled and agreed that both choices were good but the eventual choice was sound, she was genuinely pleased that we were happy.

We were then told that delivery of the new mattress and disposal of our old mattress was all included in the price, a nice surprise. Lynn also secured an additional discount as a promotion is due to start next week.

We placed our order, (Order Number 87811) paid a 10% deposit, shook hands and left. The entire process was a great example of superb customer service throughout.

We have used this company before so based on the excellent service we received previously they were our go to company purchase 2 new beds. We were served by Oliver, who is one of the Company Directors. After we gave him an overview of what we required he gave us a very detailed overview of what products he felt matched our requirements. He then left us alone for a while so we could discuss what was on offer. At no time were we put under any pressure. We then reconvened to discuss in more detail our requirements and finalise our order. Oliver has been in the business for 25 years and has a very detailed knowledge of the bed and mattress markets. The price was very competitive and we felt we had had exceeded our expectations from visiting The M6 Bed Warehouse.

Lynn gave a very professional attentive service. She, and all the other team members, were friendly and welcoming. Having done my research thoroughly beforehand, she listened and gave appropriate advice regarding the options,ensuring plenty of time to consider these.

Fabulous time testing out all the mattresses, given lots of professional advise and information , left to enjoy our experience before we decided which mattress we wanted , totally recommend The M6 Bed Warehouse.

We have been using the M6 Bed Warehouse for 20 years and made multiple purchases. The whole team are professional, highly informative and support purchases with a no pressure style. They offer a huge variety of bed frames, headboards and mattresses; and always offer sound advice and options to suit our budget. They are supportive and have arranged fabric samples and dismantled a headboard, rebuilt and recovered onsite to accommodate our house style. We have recommended the team to all our friends and family and wouldn’t go anywhere else. We needed a single bed urgently due to my dad's changing health. When I rang Michelle at M6 she was fantastic and sent me details by email straight away and arranged next day delivery. The delivery drivers were so helpful and polite. At a very difficult time it was so reassuring to have such efficient and empathetic service from a local company. The bed is also comfy.

It is a family run business and the all the staff are friendly and welcoming they also explain all the variations and makeup of the mattresses and beds, there’s never any pressure selling but a member of staff is always willing to help you if you need it there prices are also competitive

Extremely helpful in the showroom, no pressure to buy & plenty of time given to make decisions. Time scale was spot on.
On the day of delivery the personnel went over & beyond installing the bed. Both chaps were gentlemen, very pleasant & professional.

Customer service absolutely outstanding. We needed a new bed today as ours had broken. They went out of their way to give us options and even said they would put another bed in the van just in case the headboard we chose didn’t fit up the stairs. Delivery guys amazing. Everything a 10/10. And the choice of mattresses and beds blew us away
