We have been using the M6 Bed Warehouse for 20 years and made multiple purchases. The whole team are professional, highly informative and support purchases with a no pressure style. They offer a huge variety of bed frames, headboards and mattresses; and always offer sound advice and options to suit our budget. They are supportive and have arranged fabric samples and dismantled a headboard, rebuilt and recovered onsite to accommodate our house style. We have recommended the team to all our friends and family and wouldn’t go anywhere else. We needed a single bed urgently due to my dad's changing health. When I rang Michelle at M6 she was fantastic and sent me details by email straight away and arranged next day delivery. The delivery drivers were so helpful and polite. At a very difficult time it was so reassuring to have such efficient and empathetic service from a local company. The bed is also comfy.

It is a family run business and the all the staff are friendly and welcoming they also explain all the variations and makeup of the mattresses and beds, there’s never any pressure selling but a member of staff is always willing to help you if you need it there prices are also competitive

Extremely helpful in the showroom, no pressure to buy & plenty of time given to make decisions. Time scale was spot on.
On the day of delivery the personnel went over & beyond installing the bed. Both chaps were gentlemen, very pleasant & professional.

Customer service absolutely outstanding. We needed a new bed today as ours had broken. They went out of their way to give us options and even said they would put another bed in the van just in case the headboard we chose didn’t fit up the stairs. Delivery guys amazing. Everything a 10/10. And the choice of mattresses and beds blew us away

After being badly let down by another shop, we ventured to spread our wings and try M6 Bed Warehouse. We were looking for a bed for my elderly, disabled mum.
The shop has disabled parking right outside the door, and is easily accessible for wheelchair users, (worthy of note, they have a disabled loo on the ground floor). The shop is warm, welcoming, and easy to navigate with mum in her wheelchair. We were given space to browse; when we were ready, advice was proffered by a very capable, and personable young man named Brandon. He was patient; listening to mum's needs and advising accordingly. Consequently, we left feeling confident that we had chosen the right bed for mum.
Mum said she felt as though this place actually cared. I agree.
The whole experience has been calm, informative, and good value for money, Importantly, from my perspective, we weren't hassled, we were guided in the right direction, and we left feeling relaxed, with a sense of being in experienced hands.

From walking through the door of the shop to delivery of the bed, we received the best service ever! Sales assistant and the manager/owner were so helpful and knowledgeable. Great choice of beds at competitive prices. Delivery team were brilliant, took great care and were respectful of our property.

We were let down by another company (divanbedwarehouse) who we ordered a bed from in early November and promised us delivery on 16th December which was perfect as we were having visitors to stay for Christmas on 20th and then never turned up. They then advised the bed wouldn’t be delivered until January.
I contacted m6 bed warehouse on 18th and they got a bed out to me on 20th. They really saved our Christmas and the delivery was really professional and helpful. Cannot rate them highly enough

I visited this local (Winnington, Northwich) store today for a gel memory foam topper for my campervan. The service was exceptional so I made a purchase. What I urge you to think about is - 1. Buying local and supporting our local business community to thrive is important. 2. Value good customer service, even though you may find something similar on Amazon, remember Jeff Bezos has ‘big buying power’ but quality is sometimes more important than quantity (both the product and customer service) thank you guys 👍 🛌 ❤️ The M6 Bed Warehouse

I’ve been contemplating a new bed for quite some time and wanted to buy from a local company with expertise in beds rather than from an online dealer that didn’t really care. I decided to call into the Northwich Store today and I was absolutely thrilled with the service offered by the lovely Joe. It’s a tricky task finding something to suit as a bed is a big investment. Joe spent an hour with me helping me to find the perfect combination of bed and mattress. Nothing was too much trouble and I wasn’t made to feel rushed or pressured. He showed me a whole range of different options at all different prices and was so knowledgable and lovely.

Shop local people! You’ll have such a nicer experience.

Brandon ascertained our requirements and offered a range of mattresses for us to try. Very welcoming and professional with obvious excellent product knowledge. Louis volunteered to deliver next day and was a pleasure to deal with.

Very impressed by excellent service and product knowledge and advice from Brandon at Northwich. We found exactly what we wanted to replace a long overdue bed that had given us very good value. Discreet reassurance and neutral “bias” led us to buy an ex display quality bed and mattress at a significant discount. As arranged the delivery and installation was seamless, punctual and very friendly and efficient. It is also good to know we have supported a local business and look forward to a very comfortable future at rest. Well done!

So I’ve already reviewed the purchase experience, now the delivery, the delivery was scheduled for Yesterday between 10.30 and 12.30, we set off but got hit by the M6 being closed and we only got to J15 at 10.30. We had 20 more mins to go, so we called M6. The young lady who took our call texted the drivers saying we would be a half hour late, so they rescheduled. The6 arrived at 12.40. Two very hard working and careful delivery crew brought the 2 beds and 3 mattresses into our house, so to avoid the rain, they took our old mattress and all the packaging. They put shoe covers on their shoes so they could walk on our new carpets. They were quick, clean and were done and dusted in 45-50 mins. They were polite and friendly. If only all delivery crews were this good.
First class people make first class businesses.
