Had my first ever filler (non surgical rhinoplasty) in London on Thursday and I’m so happy with the results.. Dr Stephanie was amazing as were the reception team ❤️ I will be seeing you again very soon!

Worst business I have ever come across

I had 1ml of under eye filler in early January. The Dr that filled my under eyes in January was extremely unprofessional, rude and insensitive. She questioned my choices, did not explain anything and made me extremely anxious and uncomfortable. I told her that even though I have had the procedure before, I was extremely scared of needles, she proceeded to hit every nerve in my face and did not seem to care while doing it. My whole lip was numb for 2 hours after and my face was tingling. Upon telling her many times, she jammed the needle in my under eyes and continued to ask “how about now?” “now?” while my face tingled. Throughout the whole procedure her attitude was appalling, I thought it may have just been me feeling this way however my friend was also in the room and could not believe how rudely I was being treated. After the appointment she informed me I had a bubble under my eye and to wait 2 weeks for it to go down, if not come back (7 weeks later, still there, you’ll read that below). The whole experience of being treated poorly by a Dr that seemed to know nothing made me extremely anxious as I was scared for my health. I then paid for the treatment shaking. I couldn’t even put my credit card in the machine to pay - I was shaking that much. I was asked to sign a document whilst in this state.

I went to another clinic to speak to a Dr to ask if any of this was normal to which she replied it wasn’t, it shouldn't have happened and hitting nerves consistently is dangerous. I wrote the clinic a email about my experience, they replied that everything I said didn’t really happen and explained what ‘really’ happened from Dr’s POV. I have never seen a business debunk everything I said. I showed this response to friends and they were shocked how a clinic can write such an email saying things that didn't happen and defending the Dr. They did say they would escalate the review further.

It has now been 7 weeks since my appointment, the bubble is even larger and discoloured. I have been trying to contact the clinic regarding fixing this but they can’t do much as I do not want to be treated by the same Dr. Over these 7 weeks, I have dealt with un-replied emails for days, ‘seen’ messages on instagram, unanswered calls and a sometimes responsive team. One day I called 6 times, calls went straight to voicemail - funnily enough I called off a separate phone and it rang and I got through to the team. Another time I stated it was poor customer service, they responded to my email insinuating I was insensitive as the receptionist was off sick and said she’d send her doctor's note to prove it, what business states this in an email? It is rude, it belittles a customer - I don’t want your receptionist's doctor's certificate. Because of this I requested a refund so I can fix my now botched face elsewhere to which they declined as I signed t&cs.

If I could write the whole review I would but it would be too long for google. But I highly do not recommend this place. I have now had to escalate this matter with Fair Trading as I have discussed my consumer rights. I not only got treated poorly but now have wasted so much money to be stuck with a botched eye. I have recently learnt that you can have all the 5 stars you want but the way they handle and treat unhappy customers is where the real morals of the business shine. I wish I never went to M1 Beauty.

0 stars would be better. These people are a disreputable bunch of fakes. They are poorly trained and disrespectful. When they make a mistake they blame the client and refuse to fix their bad job. They are incompetent and do sub-standard work. The office staff are nice but powerless.
Do yourselves a favor and stay far far away from this shady operation. They do not care about you at all. They only care about raking in the money. It’s shameful.
Save your money and go see a real cosmetic surgeon who has the training and expertise to do superior work. You’ll pay a little more but you’ll get a professional doctor who takes pride in their craft to do a good job and who also treat you with respect.
