Cancelled appointment 12 hours before and now are fully booked for the whole week. Branch has been closed for 3 weeks and I get told not even a whole day before. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE COMPANY.

I have booked an appointment 2 months ago and I was looking forward for it but 2 working days before the appointment I have received an email that the doctor is not going to be there and a phone number to another clinic.

I have texted via WhatsApp - no answer, I have called the clinic that I would like to have an appointment - no answer, I have tried to book online - there is no option for this clinic but in their website and all around Instagram they are having a promotion for first time clients which says it is specifically for this clinic - M1 Med Beauty London Shepherd’s Bush. Why there is a promotion when they cancel your appointment and then you can’t get in touch with them. It looks very shady for a person who wants to go there for the first time.

The experience is smooth as always. The practitioner was very patient and told me everything I needed to know about my treatment. See you all next time!
