I did my lips and wrinkles by M1 Stuttgart. Lipps were disaster immediately, and I was upset about knots and assimetry but doktor (or who ever He was) told me to wait for a 2 weeks. I Took the expensier filler because He told me it's better. I came again for 2 weeks, when He suggest me to remove a filer (?????) or to add a bit more to fix it. Ofcourse I didn't want to remove something I paid so much so I decided to add more. Lips were looking fine since I didn't start swelling and the knots became bigger. I want to say too, that I drive 150 km 2 times because I live in Erbach. I made a 3rd appointment for removal, took a day of but they called me a day before to cancel it. So I lose 1 day of vaccation for nothing. I didn't want to wait for a New appointment for a month again so I decided to go another clinic for removal. I paid it a lot, and it wasn't enough to come once because He put the hyaluron in my mucosa where it should not be. The doctor told me to that it Could cause some worst Problems than knots and estetic. After a year aproximately of my wrinkles tretmant, under my eyes started appering a Tindals efect, blue color because He did the wrinkles fals too, and I noticed that I have wholes in cheecks when I am smiling, and bumps over those wholes so I did an appointment in M1 again to See why and what's happening. The doc who did my wrinkles done told me hyaluron should last 18 months, so I didn't see a problem which comes. First of all I drive again 150km just that a doc (another one, Lady) told me that she is sorry but that I Look better than before (?????) and that she can fix it with 1 or 2 ml hyaluron and that I ofcourse should pay for it because, as she said I have Less wrinkles than before and I Look better. Tell me please who can choose Less wrinkles above wholes while smiling and bluish color under eyes? Thanks to M1 I Look like Junkie, wird and unatural, I spend my time, money and mental health and now I have to pay again for someones mistake. I tried to give them a Chance to fix it but they don't care, so I think when I finished it All and fix their extremly bad work - when I'll have all the Papers and Bills, I 'll Sue them. If you are looking for someone to destroy your face - I am highly recommended M1.

Worst experience. Visited clinic and asked for specific treatments. Dr seemed to only be interested in upselling and pressuring me to have more expensive treatments that I didn’t want or need. Had botox and lip fillers 1ml. Ended up with a sad, angry looking face - with downturned lips! Complained but this was pointless as staff were rude and dismissive. Avoid at all costs even if they seem cost effective and the cheapest option… it isn’t worth the damage to your appearance or self esteem.

This was my first time at M1 and it did not disappoint! The clinic is spotless and staff are very friendly. My lips look gorgeous and they did not bruise at all after the treatment (which is unlike me). Absolutely cannot wait to come back!

Absolutely horrifying experience! Kindly stay away from this place .They will try to exploit your lack of medical knowledge and try to upsel you treatments you don’t need!
I went to get tear trough fillers done but the so-called Dr. suggested me to get fillers for my cheek first for volume loss in the area(I did not have any volume loss in the area and have full cheeks),she told me to wait for 2 weeks and come back for tear trough fillers.
Reluctantly I agreed.She did not use any numbing cream or any ice packs under my eye and went straight in with the needle.It left a huge lump under my eye and a bruised look.She told me that it will go away on its own and to come back for a second treatment in two weeks .I went for my second treatment .She did the same thing and was unable to fill the under eye area.I raised my concerns and she told me I had to wait for a few weeks.Fast forward a few weeks later the bruise did not disappear and I went back to have the whole thing dissolved.I had to deal with a rude,arrogant,unprofessional manager who said he was not going to treat me and not fix the damage they had done.
I have had fillers for 7 years and I have never had an experience like this before.I had only one bad experience in my life earlier but the Dr at least dissolved the filler when I asked him to.These people are rip offs !
I paid twice ,wasted more then a month and a half,am left with a huge lump under my eyes and bruised veins!They are rude, unprofessional and unqualified ,will not fix the damage and will not refund your money.I do not think they are qualified to practice in the U.K.Kindly stay away !

Very professional, very kind staff and brilliant outcome.

Visited London clinic for the first time last week. I wanted under eye filler and after the full consultation received filler and botox. The injector was very nice and listened to what I wanted. She explained what she would do and what product to use beforehand and I felt very comfortable. One day after my filler I had no bruising (and I bruise easy), cheek bones were larger than I wanted but I knew this was swelling and would go down. Day 4 and the swelling went down. The results are amazing. The under eye lines are gone and my cheeks are fuller. I no longer have any crows feet and this has been a problem for me for many years. Botox takes a little longer to kick in for me to leave a review, however, my frown is already gone and my forehead looks smooth with movement still in my eyebrows. Wouldn't mind if my eyebrows could be lifted slightly as I always suffer with droopy eyelids, but this may require filler which I will talk about at my next visit. I would recommend this clinic to family and friends. The travel is further than my local clinic, but definitely worth every mile.
