Poor packaging
Poor packaging. That quality of products you offer requires nice packaging like nice box not just paper bag. The box also should give better protection to products.

The product i received was not in good…
The product i received was not in good shape it felt used and did not smell well. Since this is a exclusive product I was expecting more. I will claim the product and most likely not shop again so sad becuse I like the design and look.

The item arrived damaged, and the customer service was obviously a disaster. The sizes are totally off. Please think before you order. It would be a waste of time, money, and energy to get your money back.

This has been a horrible experience
This has been a horrible experience, for a company that portrays to care about quality and attention to detail, the reality is far from that in my experience.
I ordered items over 1k and paid for an expedited shipping to the US, I’ve never had issues buying internationally before, but then I am getting harassed with customs asking me to file different reports and clearances and provide information only the company has.
Now instead of being able to get a response in a timely manner and the customer service you’d expect this company would have, NO ONE responded to my emails or the logistics manager at fedex’s that was handling customs.
Even when I desperately tried contacting them via instagram I was promised they’ll look into it right away.
Hours go by and STILL they did not provide the simple information that was needed to customs.
I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Love the fit/ look but not the quality :(
I purchased a maxi skirt in beige and I love the fit and feeling.
Unfortunately after wearing it 3 times it started to loose garmin and peeled so the quality is not how I expected it to be :(
