After no communication from the Customer non-services, I emailed them yet again, this time to ask for a refund of the credits on my account but to-date they have not had the courtesy to even reply!
Stay away from NoLyca Mobile!

I have renewed my bundle plan, but it doesn't change my current plan which expires on 17th April and with 0 GB left. I was abroad when I was running out of the data then bought a new bundle. It added but my plan didn't change. I tried to email the cs, but heard nothing. Then I chatted to cs (via Lia), he ghosted me for about an hour after telling me to wait. He left after an hour. What a great CS :)!

My sim card is not working in China again, I do not know why. I have sent more than 10 times email to customer service, nobody responds to my email, they only have the automatic reply. They used to respond to the email, now nobody, what happened... I need the customer support.

Definitely the worst customer service at all.
I lost my sim card and they kept charging my account for months, though I made many complaints and called 20 times.
There customer support agents are idiots, I tell them I lost my SIM and they insist on sending an OTP :D
Next time I visit the Netherlands I would buy any other sim but not this shit

Unlimited data is limited to 150 GB,
They are no honest in T&C you got their limits such a text messages 500 etc.
How you can call this bundle "Unlimited"?
Firstival they should sorted out their app and website because that doesn't work as it should be either. As you can see in their replys on trust pilots is always the same pathetic comment created by bot
Because they not honest I won't pay them anymore.

I have written an email to the customer service email cs at lycamobile.nl but no one has responded (1st email 17th March & 2nd email following up). I am unable to login to my account and also I’ve been charged for 2 months whilst not having signed up for a monthly eSIM subscription plan as I only signed up for a single month and paid EUR30 for this. I need to also get a refund for EUR30 for the account I signed up on where I firstly made an error in my account signup phase but couldn’t confirm my account due to putting in the wrong email address (my fault). Please help me as I cannot even reach the customer service team from overseas. Thank you.

In January 2024 I bought a prepaid card and added some money to it via your website.I only used the sim card while I was in the netherlands.I do not have access to the number or the sim card any more because I left the country again.
Ever since then I've been charged a monthly fee of 15 euros. I would like a refund for all of those months. February 2024 to March 2025.
Your dutch Service number does not allow me to connect to any people.

The service from Lycamobile NL has been good except that I was given a wrong information that led to a waste of my money.
However, after speaking to a few Customer Representatives, only Rhona properly escalated the issue. This is professional, proactive and savoured with empathy.
Lycamobile NL needs to ask its Representatives to stop transferring calls to their Supervisors who are so busy to attend to customers calls.
Kudos to Rhona. She is a listener and deserves a recognition.

Untrustworthy merchant. Deactivating recurring payments on their website doesn’t matter, they will try to take money out of your account every month. Contacting customer service does not help (sent an email a month ago). Just block all future payments from this company. Terrible business practices, just find a better mobile provider. Hope this results in some form of class action lawsuit at some point.

Con artists. I made a one time top up for friend with a prepaid lycamobile SIM card he only used for 2 weeks. Lycamobile.NL kept my card numbers with them and are charging me imaginary monthly subscriptions. Their support won't pick up the phone nor reply to emails. Stay away.
