This is one of the shittiest telecom service I have ever used in this world. If you want to get your subscription stolen and also deal with shit customer service, you can subscribe to this shit service, if not go ahead with another service provider. If you go through the whole reviews, only indians are giving a 5-star review because they probably work with the company. Incompetent cusotmer service, and poor network quality at its peak.

I am extremely disappointed with Lycamobile Germany. I reported a serious technical issue with my SIM card last Thursday (it is blocked for all incoming calls and SMS), and despite several days passing, I have received zero response or support.
I cannot even receive verification codes for essential apps like WhatsApp. My phone is basically useless right now. I have been waiting since Thursday and nothing has happened. It is unacceptable to leave a customer without a working service for this long with no communication.
Please resolve this immediately. My case has been open since April 9th.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Lyca Mobile.
I transferred money from my card to my Lyca account in order to pay for my mobile usage. Before making any changes, I still had 280 MB of data remaining. However, within just 10 minutes, without any notification, warning, or my consent, Lyca Mobile activated a “Good Will” tariff, added 500 MB, and deducted €5 from my balance.
I did not request this tariff. I did not approve this charge. There was no clear message or confirmation asking for my permission.
As an international student, €5 is not a small amount for me. I work hard, and it takes me around 30 minutes of effort to earn that money. Losing it unfairly like this is extremely upsetting.
I do not need this 500 MB. I want my €5 refunded and this unwanted tariff removed from my account immediately.
This kind of behavior feels misleading and unacceptable. I expected transparency and control over my own balance, not automatic charges without consent.
I hope Lyca Mobile takes responsibility and resolves this issue as soon as possible.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am Lyca customer , on 28 Feb I purchased Lyca Home & Go OL data package, but the data never worked. Immediately after that, I purchased an eSIM just to have internet which also could not be registered despite multiple attempts.
I contacted your support team and was dealing with Sailendran. He agreed to proceed with refund after seeing all the proofs and details requested. Since then, I have only been receiving the same robotic copy-paste responses saying that the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
I have asked at least ten times for proof that the refund was actually initiated. Although I was told it has been done, Sailendran has never provided any proof or confirmation.
Even today, on 13 March, when I asked again for an update and proof of the refund, I received the same copy-paste response with no real answer.
This level of service is extremely unprofessional. I have already waited more than two weeks, and it feels like no one is seriously looking into this matter.
I want a manager or senior team member to intervene immediately, provide proof that the refund has been initiated, and resolve this issue without any further delay. Waiting this long for a simple refund is unacceptable.

I lost my SIM card and have been trying for over a month to get a replacement while keeping my old number. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
The process is unbelievably slow, and the support team barely responds. I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails and still had to wait days without any reply. It feels like customer concerns are simply being ignored.
Extremely disappointing service, poor communication, and a complete lack of urgency. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I purchased a Lyca eSIM, but the registration/activation fails every time, making the service completely unusable. I tried multiple times and followed all instructions, but it simply does not work.
I contacted customer support by email within 24 hours of purchase, but received no response so far. Since the eSIM was never successfully activated, this has been a very frustrating experience.
I am now requesting a cancellation and refund due to a non-working service. Disappointing support and poor experience overall.

always a very worst company, but just had to use due to some reason and using. they just take money from teh cards and takes ages to return it. A company to be aware of. All users have to regularly check if the money is being deducted automatically.

I have had the worst customer service experience with Lycamobile Germany. I tried to cancel my unused ESIM and request a refund for €10 credit from vouchers I bought via Startselect and redeemed in their app. Their website clearly states you can use credit balance for renewals or get refunded via bank details for alternative payments, but my balance was never used despite sufficient funds. Customer service repeatedly demanded irrelevant info like Lycamobile confirmation emails, specific transaction IDs (MFST/LG/MQT/MBP), and card details that don’t exist for voucher top-ups. They ignored my bank details (IBAN, BIC) and denied the refund claiming “expired bundles” – even though I just want my unused credit back. No response from their official complaints department for more than 3 months. This is a scam – avoid Lycamobile at all costs.

Bought a sim card at the berlin airport. Cell phone did not work. Called in and they had it working for 2 weeks. Bought expended data and left for Morocco. Cell phone wifi did not work. Called Lyca DE but their phone lines did not work. Emailed but no one replied. Got to Spain and Portugal. Lyca cust serv phone lines did not work. Emailed but no service. Will never use Yyca Mobile DE ever. Spent monies and no service. Only worked while in Germany. Not Recomended.

It went pretty well fo like 5 days when i switched my phone, but as i said only 5 days. After that it just didnt work anymore, i called customer service, went to a store, bought a new package and got scammed of 12€. Absolutely Horrible!
