Our main service centre is the building of 16-18 Hatton Garden and houses 12 brand accredited watchmakers, a dedicated vintage department and an entire refurbishment & polishing department. We are proud to be one of the largest and most brand accredited service centres in the world (with service centres in both the UK and USA) and were recently the subject of short documentary made by CNN International which was broadcast across the globe and was also featured in The New York Times. You can drop your watch off at any of our 2 locations in London (Hatton Garden & Canary Wharf), Manchester (Harvey Nichols) or New York (Madison Avenue) and no appointment is required. You will be greeted by one of our technicians who will discuss your required repair and provide you with a detailed receipt once your watch is booked in. Alternatively, you may send your watch to us Free of Charge by ordering our, pre-paid, secure, tracked and insured (to £25,000) postage pack. We pride ourselves on our rapid turnaround time merged with the highest quality craftsmanship. It is rare that any job is 'too large or too small' and we are often able to carry out part repairs such as glass replacements, crown replacements, bracelet adjustments and refurbishment & polishing, without the need for a full service. Battery replacements & water resistance testing are carried out the same day, along with a water & pressure resistance test and receipt.

AUTHORISED CARTIER SERVICE CENTRE
We are delighted to announce that as of January 2020, Luxury Watch Repairs has become an Authorised Cartier Service Centre making us the only Authorised Service Centre on Hatton Garden, allowing us full access to parts and materials directly from Cartier. In order to achieve this status, our service centre has undergone thorough inspections by Cartier and our watchmakers have been certified by Cartier, following a number of weeks of extensive training at the brand's HQ in Switzerland. Our main service centre adheres to the strict guidelines set by the brand for all Cartier servicing and repairs and we are proud to add Cartier to the growing list of leading brands for which we are an Authorised Service Centre.

In order to achieve this status, our service centre has undergone thorough inspections by Tag Heuer and our watchmakers have been certified by Tag Heuer. Our main service centre adheres to the strict guidelines set by the brand for all Tag Heuer servicing and repairs and we are also an authorised service centre for a number of other brands including Rado, Hublot, Zenith Tissot and Cartier.

I gave me watch in December and paid…

I gave me watch in December and paid the fee upfront. Up until Kelley joined the correspondence level was zero. Once she joined, I got instant response to my email.
Unfortunately they could not fix the watch and I have received my money back from them.

Clear advice

Clear advice, simple process of sending watch, clear estimate explaining work, speedy turnaround, returned in quality packaging.

Appalling service

I sent my watch in for a battery replacement at the end of January for about £48 then they sent me an invoice for £138 with no explanation. Eventually, unlike many people on this forum, I managed to speak to somebody and they explained why and some other bits needed replacement I paid the money on 18th of February we’re now almost at the end of March and it is impossible to contact them by phone by online chat or email. I have never known worse customer service and I fear a potential scam. Don’t use these guys.

Don’t be frightened

about using LWR have used them for several years and have never been disappointed, speedy safe and reliable FAR cheaper than going to Omega and with a two year guarantee on the work. Would not hesitate in recommending them

Do not use this company under any…

Do not use this company under any circumstances. They have had my Omega Seamaster for £550 service since August 2025. Absolutely no updates or communication. Can’t raise them by any means. I will repeat this review every week until I get my watch back.

Excellent!!

Excellent!!! Firstly, googled “watch repairers”and fortunately “Luxury Watch Repairs” stood out above the other competitors …and rightly so !!
Very professional, and delivered on all aspects….Free postage & £25,000 insurance cover ,free estimate ! and ONLY £20 return policy if you choose not to go ahead with the repair quote.
Excellent breakdown invoice detailing all aspects off works needed , with added options and priced per item . I paid £913 for my watch as needed a lot of attention and was estimated 15-20 weeks so went ahead !! with great updates or questions answered via email within a week .

Received watch within in 19 weeks as quoted, brilliant job done …..well done lads !
Also 3 yr warranty for a small extra sum which I have taken out .
