The quality of the work is exceptional / unquestionable. I did find it slightly challenging to get status updates with prolonged lead times. However once I connected with a employee (vs generic info... See more

Our main service centre is the building of 16-18 Hatton Garden and houses 12 brand accredited watchmakers, a dedicated vintage department and an entire refurbishment & polishing department. We are proud to be one of the largest and most brand accredited service centres in the world (with service centres in both the UK and USA) and were recently the subject of short documentary made by CNN International which was broadcast across the globe and was also featured in The New York Times. You can drop your watch off at any of our 2 locations in London (Hatton Garden & Canary Wharf), Manchester (Harvey Nichols) or New York (Madison Avenue) and no appointment is required. You will be greeted by one of our technicians who will discuss your required repair and provide you with a detailed receipt once your watch is booked in. Alternatively, you may send your watch to us Free of Charge by ordering our, pre-paid, secure, tracked and insured (to £25,000) postage pack. We pride ourselves on our rapid turnaround time merged with the highest quality craftsmanship. It is rare that any job is 'too large or too small' and we are often able to carry out part repairs such as glass replacements, crown replacements, bracelet adjustments and refurbishment & polishing, without the need for a full service. Battery replacements & water resistance testing are carried out the same day, along with a water & pressure resistance test and receipt.

Really great service and friendly too
Really great service and friendly too. Also conveniently located on Hatton Garden.
2 months still waiting
Sent my watch to them recorded as received on Thursday 29th January. Cannot contact them by phone and the management email responds to advise that emails are not getting through. I have requested that my watch is returned, without response . I would proceed with caution if sending a valuable item to them.
No customer service, I'm owed £500
I have submitted reviews before. I had a watch with the company for over a year. I got it back told it was working, it wasn't. I wore it for an hour and went back to shop. They gave me another receipt in July. Since then I have sent literally over a dozen emails, all acknowledged automatically but never responded to. I have phoned countless times to get an automated too busy to take calls. I originally paid £500. After threatening legal action they say they're sending unrepaired watch back to me. They owe me £500. This is why I am so unhappy with this company
Outstanding Customer Service
Dear Sir or Madam, I just wanted to express my gratitude for changing my Tag Heuer watch’s battery yesterday, as brought into your workshop by my wife Dora. You also repaired her Cartier watch bracelet clip.
She was very impressed by your customer approach, technical expertise, and how your technicians did more than just change the Tag’s battery, along resolving the issue with my wife’s watch’s bracelet at no charge.
Thank you for your great service and professionalism. We are happy to have this feedback published on your website.
Best Regards,
Tony & Dora

Very Good ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Well worth having serviced with LWR.
My Tag watch has been returned to me in excellent working order.
A lovely team of people, who get the job done. 👍

I was really pleased with the service…
I was really pleased with the service provided. The packaging to despatch my watch arrived within three days and was easy, safe and secure. Repair quote was received within two days and work was completed quickly. I had my Tag back within a week of sending it in. Repair and testing was thorough and carried out to a high standard.

Excellent speedy service and kept informed throughout. Highly recommended.
Great communication
Great communication from obtaining the secure postage bag, through the repair/service,(getting a photo of your watch at LWR was a great idea), and finally the return of my watch. Easy to pay the final invoice. I would definitely recommend this service.
Watch came back like new
Watch came back like new only problem did not respond to my emails every time as it away longer due to hold up of new strap
Rolex submariner service and renovation
I sent my Rolex to LWR using their prepaid and insured mailing service and was kept updated throughout the process. They stuck to their initial quote and the watch was returned to me via DHL courier in a secure transit case and in perfect working order and condition. The timescale was over Christmas which extended the servicing -
Watch received at LWR - 5th Nov 2025
Quote received and paid - 14th Nov 2025
Watch received back - 11th March 2025
This was in line with the quoted timescales and whilst the watch was away for some time, it was what I was expecting so no surprises.
Order Ref 67484/111211 Repeat customer slow responses and updates from customer services
Waiting for an update following Omega Seamaster watch being received by LWR on 11 February for a service. Once received and booked in the system I received emails and a phone call on 13 March to check I was happy. The parts are in just waiting to find out how long the work will take. Terms of service for the watch to be serviced and returned are within 14 weeks. Score subject to further review based on outcome and current lack of information provided on expected timings and emails going unanswered. Booked an appointment to visit the store on 26 June in week 14 to collect.
Can not contact these people
I had my late fathers Rolex repaired last year, although I took 6 months, I did receive it back in a very good condition, however, I also paid over £100 for a valuation certificate, which I haven’t received. I have emailed numerous times without any reply other than the automated response saying email received. I have tried phoning them on several occasions but the phone line just has a message saying lines are intermittent, no option to leave a message. I have looked for this apparent online chat, but it does not seem to exist. I live in Merseyside so I can not go into the shop in Hatton gardens, London. I am at a loss about what else I can do. Reading similar reviews on here, I’m lucky to have received my watch back, but they still owe me a refund for the valuation.
Update to the previous review.
I have received a phone call this morning from Luxury watch repairs, and the valuation certificate emailed. They couldn’t be apologetic enough, very happy with the outcome, and the gentleman who contacted me, and as a gesture of goodwill, for my inconvenience they are refunding the cost of the valuation certificate, couldn’t ask for more.
Sent my Tag Heuer for a replacement…
Sent my Tag Heuer for a replacement battery and pre paid £138:00, still waiting after 5 weeks, no way of contacting them just automated replies, could have had the battery replaced for £90:00 in Preston with same day service, keep away from this company.
Dougie Anderson
Contacted by, Oliver, who explained they were awaiting parts from Tag, these had arrived the previous few days and work would be completed next week. Oliver was professional, courteous and reassuring, based on Oliver’s explanation and assurance I will change my review to 5 stars.
Received my watch back from LWR in pristine condition and a lovely presentation box, work seems top class just need to look into communication issues which is the only minus I would give this company.
Quick, reliable and good value for money
Quick receipt of postage pack and…
Quick receipt of postage pack and battery replaced and returned within 48 hours.
As ever great service
As ever great service. Highly recommended. Battery replacement and pressure test in my Breitling done in a week.
Poor service.
Poor service.
Email correspondence very slow (waiting up to a week for something back), and then not receiving particularly helpful or informative responses when they finally arrived.
On complaining about the service and asking for a return, I was informed that I needed to pay £24 to get my watch back.
Poor service and then holding watches to ransom left me pretty disappointed all round. Not a great look for Tag Heuer in having LWR as an approved repairer.
I won't be using them again.
