The quality of the work is exceptional / unquestionable. I did find it slightly challenging to get status updates with prolonged lead times. However once I connected with a employee (vs generic info... See more

Our main service centre is the building of 16-18 Hatton Garden and houses 12 brand accredited watchmakers, a dedicated vintage department and an entire refurbishment & polishing department. We are proud to be one of the largest and most brand accredited service centres in the world (with service centres in both the UK and USA) and were recently the subject of short documentary made by CNN International which was broadcast across the globe and was also featured in The New York Times. You can drop your watch off at any of our 2 locations in London (Hatton Garden & Canary Wharf), Manchester (Harvey Nichols) or New York (Madison Avenue) and no appointment is required. You will be greeted by one of our technicians who will discuss your required repair and provide you with a detailed receipt once your watch is booked in. Alternatively, you may send your watch to us Free of Charge by ordering our, pre-paid, secure, tracked and insured (to £25,000) postage pack. We pride ourselves on our rapid turnaround time merged with the highest quality craftsmanship. It is rare that any job is 'too large or too small' and we are often able to carry out part repairs such as glass replacements, crown replacements, bracelet adjustments and refurbishment & polishing, without the need for a full service. Battery replacements & water resistance testing are carried out the same day, along with a water & pressure resistance test and receipt.

First class service from LWR
First class service from LWR from start to finish. Based on recommendations online I trusted LWR for a battery replacement on my 1999 TAG Heuer F1 Chronograph. High quality fully insured packaging was sent to me, with the battery replaced & watch sealed & pressure tested prior to return via next day DHL. 100% recommended.

Bezel damaged when returned
My Tag was sent to have the glass replaced and new battery. After wearing it once I realsied that the Bezel was missing. Fortunately I found it on my floor in my hose. I complained as only the repairers had touched the bezel to remove glass. Evidently there is a inner washer that secures the bezel. Obviously this hadnt been fitted back. The company despite the obvious, refuse to accept responsibility and now want to charge me for a new bezel. No one from management has returned my requests for contact either..AVOID this company and take your watches to a local reputable company instead
Having used Luxury Watch Repairs…
Having used Luxury Watch Repairs previously, I had no hesitation in using them again. From the first initial e-mail, sending out the pre-paid, insured package, and the constant updates regarding my watch, the whole process was flawless.
Very happy to give the company 5 stars and won’t hesitate to recommend them and use them myself again.
scratches still there
UPDATE:
Trust pilot have removed LUXURY WATCH REPAIRS response as it was in breach of GDPR regulations.
You’ve written a review for Luxury Watch Repairs, and they’ve asked for more details to better understand your experience.
Just a reminder that you have 2 days left to provide more information or your review may be taken offline.
ADD REVIEW DETAILS.
This has already been supplied to LUXURY WATCH REPAIRS via my emails and online chat and they confirmed in their email below that they have my details. Maybe they are trying to get my review removed...
For clarity, I did not use my full name in my review, so I ask you to remove it immediately from your response. You have taken this from private records and used in a public context where it is not necessary. Please ensure that any use of my personal data complies with your obligations under UK GDPR. Particularly in relation to data minimisation, necessity and proportionality.
The service exceeded the agreed timeframe, and upon return, multiple visible scratches remained. These were not deep and, as confirmed independently by a specialist watch retailer, could have been removed without compromising the structure or shape of the watch. As such, the result falls significantly below the “near showroom condition” described.
I have made repeated attempts to resolve this matter over a period of approximately six months, which have largely gone unanswered. Only after pursuing your online chat was I able to obtain a response.
I would also like to clarify that at no point have I made any threats. I simply stated that I would leave a factual review reflecting my experience, which I am fully entitled to do.
While you have suggested returning the watch for re-inspection, I am not prepared to do so. You have already had a reasonable opportunity to carry out the service to an acceptable standard, and given the lack of engagement over the past six months, it is not reasonable to expect me to place further reliance on your service.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. I do not believe this standard has been met, and pictures prove this.
I am therefore seeking a partial refund to reflect the substandard outcome of the work carried out.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will proceed with a claim via the Small Claims Court without further notice.
I would prefer to resolve this matter amicably and without escalation.
If you wish to contact me, I suggest you email me.
Are they even still in business , will not recommend . Terrible experience and still no watch back . EDITED as received nonsense reply from LWR ..
Terrible .. they’ve had my watch for over 4 months , now questioning if they are even still in buisness and will I get my watch back . No ability to call anyone and emails go unanswered for approx 3-4 weeks each time .
EDIT as of 21 April , given Luxury Watch repairs reply to my poor review ..
I replied to your ‘need further info’ to my thread here with the reference number as requested only to then receive the reply that you don’t recognise that reference number .
That is your reference number from a quote received by you and to say that it is not recognised is total nonsense , and why can I get someone’s sort of reply on Trustpilot yet not from you to my MANY ongoing emails dating back to January 2026 .
I will now seek a solicitor to try to get my vintage Cartier watch back from you .
EDIT as of 5th May 2026 ….. I did finally get my watch back from you after relentlessing contacting you on all available channels everywhere for over 4 months .. the 580£ quote you eventually gave me was fixed by a wonderful watch repair shop in Chiswick for 40£!!
Please do not use this company unless you want months and months of stress and from what I’ve read people still don’t have their watches back , I was surprised to be honest I even got it back , wrapped in a teeny bit of bubble wrap and flimsy plastic envelope .. whole ordeal shocking . 😡

Great service to get my Raymond Weil…
Great service to get my Raymond Weil watch fixed - which I was unable to do locally!
Excellent service by LWR
I am very pleased with the work carried out to replace the battery in my Omega Seamaster, especially the quick turnaround and safe delivery by your nominated carrier. It was also useful to have tracking updates directly from DHL to ensure I could be at home to receive the package.
Had my Rolex over 6 months
Had my Rolex over 6 months, communication terrible and cost £300 more than advertised initially. Got it back last June 2025, stopped working last week. No phone to call, no auto chat. Sent enquiries about how to get repaired under 3 year guarantee told company in new hands and not liable! Yet they're trading in same address with same website. Disgusting ! Please use a highstreet jeweller and send to manufacture. You pay more with this company in the long run
Watch was collected as expected
Watch was collected as expected, no issues, battery changed and emails answered regarding collection
Quick fix - excellent service
I had a persistent problem with the bracelet clasp on my Rolex Oyster Perpetual DateJust watch.
I visited the workshop on Hatton Garden. Very friendly and professional service. Understood the problem and I had a fix within 10 minutes at no-charge!
They have previously cleaned my watch on several occasions and always done a great job.
I thoroughly recomend Luxury Watch Repairs.
Disaster - cannot contact when my watch steamed up suddenly!
My Rolex was serviced by Luxury Watch Repairs last year and apart from the fact there was hardly any communication to inform you of when you would see your watch again, the service seemed ok. How can I tell?
Well, I can tell now, due to the fact my watch steamed up suddenly on Thursday, whilst I was sitting down at home. I read you have to deal with this quickly, otherwise, further damage is caused to the watch.
Since then I have been trying really hard to get in touch with this company via email (you cannot contact them via the phone, as no one answers!). I have now resorted to filling in their enquiry form (they must be monitoring these), and hope someone takes is seriously. I am now completely left on my own with a watch that needs urgent attention due to their lack of workmanship regarding sealing the watch. What a disaster!

I would give no stars if possible
I would give no stars if possible. They have had my watch since September 2025. I gave up on having it repaired and asked for it to be returned to me immediately. That was a month ago. After an initial response promising immediate dispatch, nothing. Now they are ignoring my increasingly frantic emails.
UPDATE: You will see that Luxury Watch Repairs replied to my original review promising action. They sent me an email, too, also promising that they would look into my case. That was a week ago. Since then….nothing. I am beginning to wonder if I will ever see my watch again.

This was a perfect process from start…
This was a perfect process from start to finish. Sent my watch away for a new battery and they emailed me a picture of it to say it had landed safely. It came back super quick and I’d definitely recommend them and will be using them again. Many thanks
