This is not a dutch store, despite the name, their return policy is essentially none existent. You paying dutch prices for Ali express shipping, probably worse returns.

Do not buy here.

I ordered from this website thinking it was a lovely Dutch brand and had ordered to a friend's address so they could bring my order to the UK when they visit at the weekend.

The fast shipping terms and use of the Dutch postal service logo make it seem like it will be sent next day in the Netherlands, but it is in fact drop shipped from China and sizes are actually Chinese sizes, not European. Not what you would expect from an EU registered company using a .nl web address and using Amsterdam in the name.

They are also in breach of the new EU easy return laws that came into force this summer, so any return should be an easy click of a button like ordering, but it is not.

They also do not have an EU return address which is in breach of that law.

I emailed customer support asking to cancel the order and they replied apologising that it will take 12 days to be delivered due to a delay. They had not read my complaint at all.

I hope the company are cooperative with resolving the matter or I will be forced to dispute it with my credit card provider as they will hopefully assist in processing a chargeback against a seller which is not following EU law.
