Good customer service
Nice help to activate my account after I waited over a month to be approved. I called and was finally approved after help from Lunar within 5 minutes of waiting on the phone. Remove AI agents they don’t help after hours.

Very delayed international bank transfer
I sent money from my home country 3 weeks ago. A week after I sent the money I called the customer service to check on the status of the bank transfer, sent the required documents and they said they will forward it to the right department. A week later I called again after getting no answer from Lunar, they said they will talk to the right department. I still don’t see my transfer in my account and I still didn’t get an answer from the department that takes care of this issue.

I have been trying to recover my tenancy deposit since February. After a long process, the funds were finally transferred to my Lunar account. However, the transfer has been held for review despite me providing all requested documentation, including proof of the tenancy deposit refund. I understand compliance checks are important, but the lack of a clear timeline and prolonged delay has been very frustrating.
At the time of writing this review, the funds are still unavailable to me despite having provided all requested documentation.
