This is the worst bank I have ever…
This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. The service is unacceptable, and the way they treat their customers is disgraceful.
I made an international transfer to my own account at another bank more than six days ago. Since then, nobody has been able to tell me where the money is or provide any useful information. Every time I contact the bank, I get a different answer or no answer at all.
As a business owner, I rely on my bank to process payments on time. Because of this delay, I am losing suppliers, damaging my business relationships, and risking my company’s reputation. This is causing real financial harm.
When I opened my account, I clearly explained that I regularly make international payments. If the bank could not handle this type of business, they should have said so from the beginning instead of accepting me as a customer.
The most frustrating part is that no one takes responsibility. However, when it comes to collecting fees or payments owed to the bank, everything happens immediately.
This has been an extremely disappointing experience. I have completely lost confidence in this bank and would not recommend it to anyone looking for reliable banking services.

What a horrible service
What a horrible service, I thought it's easy digital banking, because my son advised me as easy to use. I sent 80 thousand SEK on 8th of July and still haven't received it to my own bank account... It's ridiculous. What's much worse, they are charging constantly for service but do not respond when I write to the chat in support. What kind of service is it?
I thought it's my money, but they act like it's their money and they can do with it whatever they wish.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK.

Horrific new user experience
Horrific new user experience, being made to order a card before you've even opened the home page of the app and then being prompted to make accounts after you've already been prompted to order a card makes absolutely no sense. When attempting to close my account, the process is obfuscated and once you finally get hold of someone the response time is horribly slow, and then you are prompted to pay for an additional three months. Horrible experience, would only recommend if you need access to a bank very quickly as the times are likely faster than traditional banks.

Works great in Denmark i guess
I'm using Lunar as a business account for a Swedish AB. Had some problems with receiving international payments initially, but support was great and for now stuff works.
However, fees are high and basically functionality doesn't work for cross border payments. I can't preschedule international transfers, cannot save recipients and the app times out after every transfer and needs to be restarted. For a digital first bank it very much feels like banking pre internet.

Top notch experience and service. Application to review to confirmation to approval all within barely 3 hours. Traditional banks will probably take 3 weeks instead if you are lucky.

I have no further comments.
When a client makes a payment, I fully understand and agree that a transaction fee is required.
However, when I personally deposit my own savings into my own business account, I still have to pay a transaction fee — and this makes no sense to me.
This message is simply proof that I will immediately return the funds to my main bank after the term expires.
Sometimes it is better to pay more, as long as the bank does not irritate its customers the way Lunar does.
I am new to this, and this is my first — and it seems also my last — experience with your service.
I will gladly share my review on other platforms.

The transaction fees on Bankgiro, PlusGiro and Swish payments are part of our business plans and vary depending on the plan you have. For account-to-account transfers however, there is no fee.
Unfortunately, our system has no way of distinguishing whether a Bankgiro, PlusGiro or Swish payment comes from you personally or from one of your clients, which means we're unable to treat them differently. When you want to deposit money to your own account, we recommend a bank (account-to-account) transfer.
