Account Blocked after withdrawal request
I requested a withdrawal and did kyc, (which their bot confirmed the withdrawal), the next day my account was suddenly blocked without me getting my money.
Support claimed I “breached terms,” so they voided my funds but refused to explain what rule I broke or provide any proof. I’m above 18 and not from a restricted country listed in their Terms & Conditions.
They ignored follow-ups and even their official X (Twitter) account brushed me off. If a casino can block verified users and void legitimate funds without explanation, that’s a serious trust issue.
Be careful before depositing or joining giveaways here. Transparency and accountability should matter in crypto gaming.
UPDATE:
I’ve now received a reply email from LuckyBlock’s complaints team after multiple previous attempts. Unfortunately, even in this response, they did not specify which clause of their Terms & Conditions was allegedly breached, only that the decision is “final.” The same vague response was repeated by their live support on Telegram and their website.
So far, no clear explanation or evidence has been provided to justify the permanent account closure and voided funds. Transparency means identifying what rule was broken and how, not just repeating “T&Cs were breached.”
Until that happens, this issue remains unresolved.
