WARNING

Lucky Block allowed me to gamble from a restricted country and still refuses to answer why
Lucky Block let me gamble from Belgium without a VPN, without geoblocking and without any checks, and may be operate illegaly in other country.

I live in Belgium and I found Lucky Block simply by searching “online casino” on Google.

I was able to create an account, deposit, withdraw and gamble normally from Belgium without using a VPN, without any geoblocking, without country verification and without prior KYC.

Only after I complained did Lucky Block tell me that Belgium is supposedly a restricted territory under its Terms and Conditions.

If Belgium was really prohibited, why was I able to access the platform so easily, deposit money and use all of the services without any restriction?

Article 4, §1 of the Belgian Gambling Act of 7 May 1999 says that gambling services cannot be offered in Belgium without a Belgian licence.

Recent CJEU case law, including Case C-77/24 (Wunner), also suggests that operators may still be responsible when they allow players from restricted countries to access their services without proper controls.

I also noticed that Lucky Block currently has a warning on Trustpilot stating that fake reviews were removed for this company, which raises even more concerns about how the platform operates.

If you are from Belgium or another restricted country and were also able to use Lucky Block without a VPN or verification, I would really like to hear from you so we can determine whether this is an isolated case or part of a wider pattern.
At this stage, Lucky Block will probably respond once again by referring only to its Terms and Conditions, as it has still not provided any real answer to the specific points raised above.

I am very disappointed with my…

I am very disappointed with my experience with Lucky Block. My account was closed and my remaining balance was voided due to an alleged breach of their Terms and Conditions.

I was told this was related to supposed duplicate accounts, including an email address I do not recognise and have never used.

I have also been informed that I was previously warned, but I have never received any warning or communication about any violation.

Despite multiple requests, I have not been provided with any clear evidence or explanation showing how I supposedly breached the rules. Instead, my funds have been withheld and I have been unable to withdraw my remaining balance.
At this stage, it appears my money is being retained without proper justification or transparency. I find this extremely concerning and unacceptable.

I have formally requested clarification and the release of my funds. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it further, including filing a complaint with the Kansspelautoriteit and considering legal action

I kindly ask for your assistance regarding a serious issue with Lucky Block Casino. My username is >. I deposited $23,000 USD via my wallet, and after my winnings, the total amount reached $43,000 USD.

When I attempted to withdraw my funds back to my wallet, my withdrawal requests were repeatedly denied. The casino requested verification multiple times, which I submitted, but my requests were still refused. Support has not provided any clear explanation for why I could not withdraw my money. The account balance remained pending the entire time.

Eventually, my funds disappeared from my account, and I received a notification that my account had been deleted.

I am requesting your help because the casino’s support refuses to assist or provide a clear reason for withholding my funds. I am asking at least to have my original deposit returned. If the funds are returned .

The casino is overall fine

The casino is overall fine, there are plenty of games and the site itself is professionally and clearly structured
I played there for a year and withdrawals were within minutes, but in recent days they have blocked my withdrawals and say that everything is under review. It is an amount of $15,000. Before that, I withdrew similar amounts and everything was fine. I will update you later on how everything went and when they released the money.

I had my Lucky Block account permanently closed after using it exclusively for sports betting. I never used any bonuses or promotions and completed full KYC verification successfully (ID verification twice upon request and proof of address).

On 7 January, Lucky Block informed me that my account was closed due to a breach of their Terms and Conditions and that my funds were “voided as per internal decision.” Despite multiple written requests, the operator has refused to identify any specific T&C clause allegedly breached, has not described any conduct constituting a breach, and has provided no contractual basis for confiscating funds rather than allowing withdrawal.

Lucky Block has confirmed in writing that there is “no remaining balance” because the funds were voided. The balance confiscated was approximately 0.124 BTC (around USD 11,800 at the time of confiscation).

I am not disputing the operator’s right to close an account. I am disputing the confiscation of player funds without citing any breached rule or providing a lawful explanation. I attempted to resolve this matter directly and through third-party mediation without success.

I am posting this review in the hope that Lucky Block will engage transparently and resolve this issue appropriately.

UPDATE (17 February):

Following Lucky Block’s public response inviting me to contact their complaints team again, I did so on 8 February, referencing the Trustpilot correspondence and requesting either identification of the specific Terms and Conditions clause allegedly breached or release of the confiscated balance (0.124 BTC).

As of today, I have received no response.

The operator has still not identified any breached clause or provided a contractual justification for the confiscation of funds.

Trustpilot has informed me that replies must be made via the edit function, which is why this update is being added here.

Be careful with this casino it is a scam

Deposited 600 dollars and started playing a game called. Helicopter x the game had some issue as when you collected the wins it didn’t accredited to my account so i lost almost 280 dollars because of this, this game was after removed from the casino as you cannot find it anymore, so they know it was a problem with it, when i asked for my money back they send me a 20 dollars cashback which is not even 10% of what i have lost, emailed them and send them proof of lost funds they didn’t even replied to my emails, SCAMMERS!!
