Do not buy from this company - IT IS A CON!!! Ordered late November, kept being advised that the order is on its way, delivery date kept changing, then advised it has been delivered, not sure where but not to me. Tried calling them on both numbers but no answer, emailed but again no answer, tried to chat to them online, no answer!!!! DO NOT BUY !!!!

I would hesitate to give even one star but I have to give something in order to be able to write the review. I ordered a jewellery box as a birthday gift on October 31st. The website promised delivery time of 7-14 days. It still isn’t here by December 6th. I understand that things can go wrong with shipping at busy times of the year, but the customer service has been appalling. I had to buy another gift for the birthday. After twice contacting them to try to resolve the problem and then twice further to get my money back I’m still being fobbed off with no refund and vague promises of delivery within the week. I don’t think the company have a clue where the parcel is. Instead of taking responsibility, they have blamed Royal Mail, claimed to have gained a new tracking number but haven’t passed it on to me, and sat tight on the money I paid. What I expected them to do was put the customer’s interests first, contact Royal Mail to cancel my delivery and return it to sender (should be easy - it’s certainly not here yet) and refund me in full. They haven’t even contacted me to see if the item has arrived since my last enquiry. That time they offered me £10 off my next purchase with them. Shame on me if I get involved with this company again.

Missed place order, i ordered two instead of one bag, they was on hand to sort it all out quickly with no fuss, will use again.

Order placed 23rd November and still not received! Wish I had checked on here first. Now I’m worried about the quality- if it ever comes! I’ve since found out I could buy similar thing for half the price. Don’t order from this company.
Update: item arrived, comes from China. Quality poor for cost.

Avoid avoid avoid - I received my jewellery box. It was poor quality, had a bent necklace holder and not a very nice colour.
You have to email to find a returns address which is in Belgium!!! Nothing on the website to suggest this - all I could find was a London address!! Returns are at your own cost!!! A disgrace!! Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered!!!

I ordered a jewelery box from this company over a month ago and still haven't received it! Every time I check the tracking the date has changed and when they do bother to answer on Facebook messenger they tell you to be patient!! Wish I had read the reviews on here first, do not buy from this company it is a complete scam!

Purchased a gift box for my daughters birthday on 20th October. Still not arrived and emails not replied to. I have now processed a cash back through my bank. This company is a scam.
Mistake Rectified
My clumsy, fat fingered multiple order was immediately corrected after my email (describing the problem), and my card reimbursed. And the product is ‘just what it says on the tin’.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I ordered a jewellery box as a gift and was a little suspicious on the time it took to arrive. However, to my pleasant surprise, it did arrive. That's where the 'pleasant' part ended. There was absolutely no packaging, it was within a think clear bag and a postage bag - no bubble wrap, not box, nothing protecting the item. It came as no shock that the box was damaged on the corner, not only this but I couldn't open the box and the clasp was pitted, not smooth. I contacted Lovely storage and asked for a refund and return label. They said they would send a replacement for free, which was no good by this point as it was a present, which I advised them of. Although they admitted they had been receiving complaints about the packaging they said they would not cover return post and I had to "make sure the product is packed correctly and to protect it carefully" - what a joke considering the state it arrived in. Oh, and the return address is in Belgium! They do not comply with any regulations as consumers should not be financially impacted when an item is faulty. Don't touch them with a barge pole!
