Lovely Storage 

My item never arrived. Tracking said the item was delayed, then marked as delivered even though it was not. I called and emailed customer service repeatedly, no response. They just took my money. Absolutly terrible company.

Beautiful grey box that holds a lot of jewelry. Would definitely buy again and would recommend to family and friends.

It would appear that we are not alone when it comes to being scammed by these people. My wife ordered a jewellery box for our granddaughter which took the best part of two months to arrive, which time it was well after the occasion for which it was intended. When I complained during this time and queried the delay I was told it was down to the Post office holding everything up, yet during this 'hold up ' the company posted a number of very positive reviews by people who had received similar products: very strange. As for sending the item back after it had arrived it had to be sent to Belgium of all places. We have now put it down to experience and are writing it off as another scam.

I ordered in late November for a Christmas present. When it hadn’t arrived a week before Christmas I tried to contact them via their website but there was no response. When it hadn’t arrived after Christmas I contacted them to cancel the order - again no response. I raised an issue with PayPal and the item eventually arrived today, seven weeks after placing the order! The item itself is ok- nothing special, not great quality and clearly shipped from China. It is definitely not worth the price I paid.

It unfortunately did not arrive in time for Christmas but my daughter is very pleased with it

My travel jewellery case arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. It looks smart and has plenty of space for my holiday neclaces and earrings. Closes with a zip so is secure.

Product very good with plenty space for jewellery. Only downside was length of time it took to receive jewellery box

Bought this for myself to keep all my jewellery together. Although it was smaller than I expected it has loads of room inside. I am delighted with it.

Delivery took a long time, didn't realise it was an imported item. Fortunately I had ordered quite early for Christmas. Arrived just before Christmas and it was well packed. Tracking information lagged a long way after real time. I have one of these myself, so bought this one as a gift.

Like many other reviews before me. I wished I would have read the reviews before ordering.

Not my best experience of online shopping.

Anyway, a month after ordering my order has eventually been delivered.

Updates from customer service were none existent. Now the products have arrived, I think the quality of them is OK.

In hindsight, would have probably been better buying these items from a shop, rather than buying before seeing them in the flesh.

I wished I had read these reviews before I purchased a watch box from them. Constantly emailing them asking for my money back to be told my order has been processed and shipped and is still on its way

Ordered a jewellery box on 28th November it still has not arrived this company is a scam and I am reporting them to my bank and Facebook. Do not use this company

Been waiting for over a month for the delivery of a jewellery box. After several delivery dates not met the tracking system says item delivered when it hasn't been received. I have asked for a full refund - I await a reply!! Hopefully my bank will be able to intervene

I think this Company is a scam.
I ordered a jewellery box in early Dec.for my sisters Birthday. I was advised it was handed to the courier on the 6th Dec. The tracking number was incorrect.
Still waiting for it to be delivered….

This is a scam company. Like many others I ordered in November, lots of chasing and them saying tracker not updated. Then suddenly it was delivered, but it hadn’t been and I have CCTV proof there was no delivery. Now they say another five days.

Don’t use them. I am now going through PayPal to get my £40. I wish I had visited here first.

Order placed in November and still not received the gift. No replies to emails, Twitter or Instagram. Phone line cuts dead. Is this company even real??
