Absolutely disappointed with my paintbox yarn.
I ordered 3 balls and after the first two had several knots I contacted love crafts and they said they would send me one replacement ball and to tie the ends together. I opened the third ball and exactly the same so I had to order 3 more as the knots were looking horrible and this was supposed to be a blanket for my new grandson, I contacted them again and was told this happens and again was told to cut out the knots and tie the ends together, as a new knitter this was so disappointing and I feel my new venture to learn knitting has failed.
I would not recommend this company as 3 out of 3 balls of wool containing many knots is unacceptable

Everytime I have a question on anything, they are quick to respond. I love the notifications on the status of my order and just the overall feeling on the wording in communications is as if they are equally as happy that I'm getting my purchase. The sales are wonderful, the colors of the yarn and patterns are true to website. Honestly, ordering from Lovecrafts is the best customer service experience than any other website I use.

Have used this company a lot because of the choice, quality and price of their stock being so good. Help is readily available if needed

For me, the cherry on the cake is their amazing customer service team. They are helpful, friendly and efficient. They dealt with my issue quickly and resolved the matter to my complete satisfaction.

I was having a lot of trouble finding the exact yarn I wanted and Lovecrafts noticed this and took a lovely personal interest in locating it for me. They informed me where it could be found, so great, but I kept finding difficulties and I (not good with technical stuff) but they made it very easy for me to order it.
This is just so typical of LoveCrafts and it seems nothing is too difficult for them.

I was not impressed with some wool and left my review stating this. I was then subsequently contacted and I sent various photos as requested and they refunded me for the wool I was not happy with without me even asking So I’m very happy with the outcome

My query was dealt with efficiently, promptly and clearly.

Everything: support team pretty fast considering how busy the staff is. The message was clear and polite. Now, let me reorder the pattern ! 😃

I have been dealing with Love Crafts for years and it has always proved to be a very pleasant and satisfactory experience. My recent communication with Brianna was no exception. I can describe her replies to my query as having been most courteous, prompt and very useful.

Outstanding customer service. I’ve bought from them a few times and have always been really pleased with the products and service. My most recent purchase was left in my blue bin while we were on holiday (by Royal Mail - lovecraft were not at fault) and my neighbour put the bin out to be collected. I contacted lovecraft and they sent me a replacement. Really can’t argue with that!

Love Crafts is a wonderful company to work with! They go out of their way to make sure you are happy with purchase. If a problem arises they are very quick to fix it. I really love shopping on their site!

I got stuck & didn't understand the patterns instructions. I contacted the Smiles team at Lovecrafts, explained the problems & asked for help. Julie responded very quickly, & gave me excellent clear advice, to help me out. It worked! Thank you so much.

I am a largely housebound senior citizen who enjoys knitting stripey socks. I chose two Paintbox balls in fair isle pattern, my first order from you, and when they arrived was bemused to see how thin the yarn was. Nowhere on the label did it say what ply the yarn was. Simply calls itself sock yarn. Regardless I started to attempt to cast on to my 3mm dpns which was simply impossible with this yarn proving slippy, twisty and thin. Trying as I might it was not possible to keep stitches tight between pins. I then tried using thinner pins then tried casting on using one needle then slipping onto dpns, with the same horrible results. I do not have access to circular needle. After two days of effort I accepted a dreadful looking rib thinking it would look better on the stocking stitch - it doesn’t. The yarn is thin, spacey, nothing warm looking about it and it is simply not worth persevering. There is no enjoyment and no likelihood of a wearable sock. I don’t understand how this yarn can be 75% wool. What kind of sock is it supposed to be used for?

I cannot think to start trying to find out how to go about sending it back and trying to get a refund so will just put it down to a bad experience and avoid. Your firm in future. LA, Perthshire.

I contacted the Lovecrafts team for help understanding a pattern I had bought as a download. The team responded very quickly & kept me updated as to their progress. Sadly they were unable to contact the seller but very quickly refunded me the full price of the pattern. I found them very helpful and though I still can’t knit the pattern I am pleased not to be out of pocket.

My parcel was lost before it got to Evri , I got a refund (very quickly refunded). Got a message from Evri 6 weeks later about delivery . Tuesday I received a battered bag of wool . Had to send it back ,but 6 weeks!!!!! Won't use Lovecrafts again , will spend my money with a company who cares about their customers .

After a less than happy yarn review about a cotton yarn that was too thin, Love Crafts’ staff very quickly made contact to find out what the problem was.
I was asked to return the yarn postage-free, for a refund. Nobody could ask for more!
