We adopted Bonita (now Bonnie ) on 10 May. We were really happy with Lost paws and how straightforward the process was. We know lost paws are there for ongoing support, which is reassuring as it will take time for her to fully settle in the UK and a different way of life . But she’s already making great progress. We are so happy with our beautiful Bonnie, we are confident she will be the most wonderful dog !

Rehoming a dog we’ve never met was a real risk for us but Lost Paws were just brilliant. They gave me full confidence that they choose the right home for the dog and we were subject to questioning and scrutiny (very kindly) and rightly so. Their updates, pictures and videos ensured that we got to know more about our chosen dog before he arrived in the UK. He’s now here and is just perfect! Exactly as described and he’s settled into our family with ease. For anyone dubious about this route to rehoming, don’t be. I totally recommend and will not hesitate in rehoming through Lost Paws again. Thank you for our boy 🐾🐾

I would recommend lost paws dog rescue to anyone that is interested in rescuing a dog. The whole process from start to finish was great!

We have adopted 2 dogs from Lost Paws within the last 9 months, which must show how impressed we are with this dog rescue. From the first enquiry to receiving ours pups, this has been the most amazing experience. You receive regular updates of how your dog is doing. The advice they give you is really informative. On flight day, you are given regular updates on each stage of the journey, which is really reassuring. Best of all our 2 adoptive dogs are perfect. I would definitely recommend Lost Paws 🐾 😍

From the processing of the application to bringing our gorgeous puppy home, I can only praise Lost Paws.
Communication has been amazing with almost daily videos of our growing puppy from allocation to her flying over at 16 weeks of age. During her day of transport we were kept fully up to date how the trip was going.
Our puppy has been vet checked, chipped, vaccinated and had worm and flea treatments. We have been provided with advice on looking after our puppy and ongoing support.

We recently adopted our lovely boy, Otto, from Lost Paws Dog Rescue.
They were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire experience, which was both thorough and smooth. They always went the extra mile and provided detailed support and guidance along with way.
We’re very grateful to all the staff and volunteers, who clearly care greatly about all the dogs.
If you’re thinking about giving a new home to a rescue dog (please do), I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
We really will be forever grateful to them for bringing our beautiful boy into our lives.

We adopted our gorgeous pup from lost paws and from the moment I contacted them the whole process was amazing. They kept us informed with the whole adoption process, within hours of reserving the pup we were added to message groups for updates, pictures and videos. We were never left guessing at the next steps.

We have adopted 2 dogs through this rescue and both times have been very stress-free. The rescue kept us up to date with flights etc and we are so happy to offer both dogs a forever home. Would definitely recommend.

My lad Buzzy arrived from lost paws in 2020. They were so professional but at the same time caring and helpful. What's really good is their online presence and advice they give which I've been using today. A Lost Paws dog is never forgotten.

100% would recommend this rescue to anyone thinking of adopting a dog abroad. It was a bit of a daunting experience having never met the dog we were adopting and having to just trust the process. We had never adopted a dog from abroad so didn’t know what to expect. Lost paws kept us updated every step of the way sending pictures and videos of our lovely Merry. They kept us informed and updated on flight day so we knew every step of the way where she was in her journey to her forever home. All the volunteers/ Fosterer’s at this charity really put their heart and soul into the dogs and it just shows as we really couldn’t be happier with our merry. 100% recommend Lost paws!

We recently adopted our new pet Mira, the organisation was great from start to finish- they kept us informed every step of the way whilst also providing us with lots of useful information. They wanted the best for both the dog and adoptees. Very smooth process from start to finish. Mira arrived well cared for. Lovely organisation!

Would highly recommend adopting from
Lost Paws. The process from start to end was so supportive and we have the most beautiful dog. The communication from the team was incredible from our initial enquiry to flight day, we received regular updates and we knew so much about Henry even though we hadn’t met him. We were particularly impressed with the vetting process ensuring that we would be a good match. It is reassuring to receive regular ongoing check ins and advice. Would definitely adopt through them again.

This is my second overseas dog adoption and my first from Lost Paws Dog Rescue and what a difference this one was. I was kept up to date throughout this adoption sent videos and pics throughout, had a virtual and then physical home visit so be prepared for this it proves that are serious about who they adopt the dogs out too. The day of transportation I was updated constantly about were my dog was and given timing updates. I had to travel an hour to pick up which I thought was very reasonable and would have travelled further if required, my dog is exactly as described and an absolute Angel. I would highly recommend this dog rescue as they care about their dogs.

I can’t thank you all enough for the hard work and time that you all clearly put in to rehoming these dogs. From start to finish the process was easy and clear, we have rehomed the most perfect dog for our family and you can tell she appreciates her new life in the UK so much. You have offered so much support and checked in with us regularly - I would happily adopt another lost paws dog in the future. Thanks again, what you do is amazing.

Lost Paws are a fantastic rescue. I have adopted two dogs from them - one just arrived, and the other one I adopted a year ago. Both times the communication, process, the home checks, the contact throughout the final stages and their dedication to these dogs is outstanding. I have recommended them on to so many friends and family as their process is brilliant. I had previously tried to adopt a dog in the UK and it was a nightmare to sort or even get on a list to have a dog, but Lost Paws has been a dream and my two pooches are just beautiful souls. I've adopted two dogs over the years from Lost Paws. I can't fault them at all. From start to finish they go above and beyond, communication is fantastic and it's lovely seeing how all the dogs blossom once in their care. Keep up the good work.

I adopted my dog over a year ago after several recommended this charity. From contact to adoption the process was incredible. House checks, supporting documentation, and other all communication flawless.

With the health checks exceed standards expected and more importantly clearly the dogs are well loved and supported in their transition. The charity still check in a year, which is testament as to their long term investment in our pup. Thank you Lost Paws

We adopted our dog Ripley from Lost Paws and the whole process was fantastic from start to finish. Great communication, clear instructions, quick responses and most of all they absolutely love the dogs they are advocating for. Most if not all of the staff are volunteers who work incredibly hard! Every question was responded promptly and with kindness and patience. Every part of the process explained clearly and with continuous communication. I would adopt from them again in a heartbeat. Ripley is the sweetest dog and the best decision we’ve ever made!

The charity are a wonderful bunch of volunteers who do this to make sure that the dogs get their happy furever after.

From start to collection and beyond, the charity makes everything easy to understand, they answer all your questions, send you through updates and then when your pups arrive, they check in and make sure you are all doing well for up to a year. The adopters page is full of helpful advice and people to answer any questions you have.
They have helped to fill 2 little dog size holes in our lives and we will be forever grateful to them.

It was such an amazing experience we have now become fosters for the charity and now help other furry friends to find their happy every afters.
Highly recommend them as a charity and a safe way to adopt your newest best friend.
