The initial part was easy
The initial part was easy, scanning QR code however scanning microchip code didn't work. Too many ads services I did not want and was not clear if I had completed registration.

The barcode scanner works for most smart phones, it could be something to do with the type of phone or software version. I had a look and see that it's working well on our side. :)
During a registration we show one ad for 5 weeks free insurance, and one ad after for dogs for free dog food samples. This helps keep our basic plan free. We never charge for transfers or updating details unlike other databases!
Once you're registration is complete you'll see a Registration Complete notice on your screen and we'll send you a Registration Certificate.

This company is friendly and efficient
This company is friendly and efficient. The only reason I gave Four stars is because I couldn't get through to a real person to tell them my Pet had died. I tried a few times and in the end sent an email. I have to say the response to that was very quick and empathetic.

Very easy to register
Very easy to register. Free trail insurance an absolute bonus. Additional payment for a printed certificate of registration is reasonable, but disappointing there isn’t free one to screenshot to keep as a record (in the traumatic case of ever actually needing it).

Very helpful
I was trying to trace the database of a pet ID chip and registered with MyPet.
In the end I was mistaken and it was a similar database I needed. Even after discovering this and being advised I needed a different database they still checked in with me to make sure I got what I needed.
